1Subió, pues, Moisés de la llanura de Moab al monte Nebo, sobre la cumbre de Fasga enfrente de Jericó y le mostró el Señor toda la tierra de Galaad hasta Dan,
2y toda la de Neftalí, y la comarca de Efraín y de Manasés, y todo el país de Judá hasta el mar occidental o Mediterráneo,
3y la parte meridional, y la espaciosa vega de Jericó , ciudad de las palmas, hasta Segor.
4Y el Señor le dijo: He aquí la tierra de la cual juré a Abrahán, a Isaac y a Jacob diciendo: A tu descendencia se la daré. Tú la has visto con tus ojos; mas no entrarás en ella.
5Y murió allí Moisés, siervo del Señor, en tierra de Moab, habiéndolo dispuesto así el Señor;
6quien le hizo sepultar en un valle del distrito de Moab, enfrente de Fogor: y ningún hombre hasta hoy ha sabido su sepulcro.
7Era Moisés de ciento veinte años cuando murió: no se ofuscó su vista, ni los dientes se le movieron.
8Y le lloraron los hijos de Israel por espacio de treinta días en las llanuras de Moab: después de los cuales concluyeron el luto los que lo lloraban.
9Y Josué, hijo de Nun, estaba lleno del espíritu de sabiduría: porque Moisés le había impuesto las manos. Y los hijos de Israel le prestaron obediencia, y ejecutaron lo que mandó el Señor a Moisés.
10Ni después se vio jamás en Israel un profeta como Moisés, con quien conversase el Señor cara a cara;
11ni que hiciese todos aquellos milagros y portentos que obró cuando lo envió el Señor a tierra de Egipto contra Faraón y todos sus siervos, y su reino todo;
12ni que tuviese aquel universal poderío, y obrase las grandes maravillas que hizo Moisés a vista de todo Israel.

1Y SUBIÓ Moisés de los campos de Moab al monte de Nebo, á la cumbre de Pisga, que está enfrente de Jericó: y mostróle Jehová toda la tierra de Galaad hasta Dan,
2Y á todo Nephtalí, y la tierra de Ephraim y de Manasés, toda la tierra de Judá hasta la mar postrera;
3Y la parte meridional, y la campiña, la vega de Jericó, ciudad de las palmas, hasta Soar.
4Y díjole Jehová: Esta es la tierra de que juré á Abraham, á Isaac, y á Jacob, diciendo: A tu simiente la daré. Hétela hecho ver con tus ojos, mas no pasarás allá.
5Y murió allí Moisés siervo de Jehová, en la tierra de Moab, conforme al dicho de Jehová.
6Y enterrólo en el valle, en tierra de Moab, enfrente de Bethpeor; y ninguno sabe su sepulcro hasta hoy.
7Y era Moisés de edad de ciento y veinte años cuando murió: sus ojos nunca se oscurecieron, ni perdió su vigor.
8Y lloraron los hijos de Israel á Moisés en los campos de Moab treinta días: y así se cumplieron los días del lloro del luto de Moisés.
9Y Josué hijo de Nun fué lleno de espíritu de sabiduría, porque Moisés había puesto sus manos sobre él: y los hijos de Israel le obedecieron, é hicieron como Jehová mandó á Moisés.
10Y nunca más se levantó profeta en Israel como Moisés, á quien haya conocido Jehová cara á cara;
11En todas las señales y prodigios que le envió Jehová á hacer en tierra de Egipto á Faraón, y á todos sus siervos, y á toda su tierra;
12Y en toda aquella mano esforzada, y en todo el espanto grande que causó Moisés á ojos de todo Israel.

1And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,
2And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,
3And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.
4And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
5So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
6And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
7And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
8And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
9And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
10And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
11In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel.
World English Bible
1Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is opposite Jericho. The LORD showed him all the land of Gilead to Dan,
2and all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, to the Western Sea,
3and the south, and the Plain of the valley of Jericho the city of palm trees, to Zoar.
4The LORD said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your offspring.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”
5So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the LORD’s word.
6He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth Peor, but no man knows where his tomb is to this day.
7Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died. His eye was not dim, nor his strength gone.
8The children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the days of weeping in the mourning for Moses were ended.
9Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. The children of Israel listened to him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
10Since then, there has not arisen a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
11in all the signs and the wonders which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12and in all the mighty hand, and in all the awesome deeds, which Moses did in the sight of all Israel.
