Deuteronomio 32

Perocché non a caso sono state comandate, ma affinché ognun di voi per esse abbia vita: e ponendole in esecuzione dimoriate per lungo tempo nella terra, di cui, valicato il Giordano, entrerete in possesso.

Porque no os es cosa vana, mas es vuestra vida: y por ellas haréis prolongar los días sobre la tierra, para poseer la cual pasáis el Jordán.

For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.
