17Und Mein Zorn würde entbrennen an jenem Tag wider dasselbe; und Ich werde es verlassen und Mein Angesicht vor ihnen verbergen, daß es verzehrt werde; und viele Übel und Drangsale werden es treffen; und an jenem Tag wird es sprechen: Ist es nicht also, daß diese Übel mich treffen, weil mein Gott nicht in meiner Mitte ist?

17Y mi furor se encenderá contra él en aquel día; y los abandonaré, y esconderé de ellos mi rostro, y serán consumidos; y le hallarán muchos males y angustias, y dirá en aquel día: ¿No me han hallado estos males porque no está mi Dios en medio de mí?

17Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us?
