Und dem Volke gebiete und sprich: Ihr durchziehet nun die Grenze eurer Brüder, der Söhne Esau, die in Seir wohnen, und sie fürchten euch. Hütet euch aber sehr!
Y manda al pueblo, diciendo: Pasando vosotros por el término de vuestros hermanos los hijos de Esaú, que habitan en Seir, ellos tendrán miedo de vosotros; mas vosotros guardaos mucho:
And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:

Hebe nicht Streit an mit ihnen, denn keinen fußbreit von ihrem Land werde Ich euch geben, denn das Gebirge Seir habe Ich Esau zum Erbbesitz gegeben.
No os metáis con ellos; que no os daré de su tierra ni aun la holladura de la planta de un pie; porque yo he dado por heredad á Esaú el monte de Seir.
Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession.

Denn Jehovah, dein Gott, hat dich gesegnet in allem Tun deiner Hand; Er wußte um dein Ziehen in dieser großen Wüste. Die vierzig Jahre war Jehovah, dein Gott, mit dir, und es mangelte dir an nichts.
Pues Jehová tu Dios te ha bendecido en toda obra de tus manos: él sabe que andas por este gran desierto: estos cuarenta años Jehová tu Dios fué contigo; y ninguna cosa te ha faltado.
For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.

Und wir zogen vorüber an unseren Brüdern, den Söhnen Esaus, die auf Seir wohnen, ab von dem Wege durch das Flachland, von Elath und von Ezion Geber, und wandten uns und zogen hin auf dem Wege nach der Wüste Moab.
Y pasamos de nuestros hermanos los hijos de Esaú, que habitaban en Seir, por el camino de la llanura de Elath y de Esiongeber. Y volvimos, y pasamos camino del desierto de Moab.
And when we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath, and from Ezion-gaber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.

Und Jehovah sprach zu mir: Bedränge nicht Moab und hebe nicht Streit an mit ihnen, denn Ich will dir nichts von seinem Land zum Erbbesitz geben, weil Ich den Söhnen Lots Ar zum Erbbesitz gegeben.
Y Jehová me dijo: No molestes á Moab, ni te empeñes con ellos en guerra, que no te daré posesión de su tierra; porque yo he dado á Ar por heredad á los hijos de Lot.
And the LORD said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession.
The LORD said to me, “Don’t bother Moab, neither contend with them in battle; for I will not give you any of his land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the children of Lot for a possession.”
Die Emim hatten vordem darin gewohnt, ein Volk, groß und viel und hoch, wie die Enakim.
(Los Emimeos habitaron en ella antes, pueblo grande, y numeroso, y alto como gigantes:
The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;

Auch sie wurden, wie die Enakim, unter die Riesen gerechnet, die Moabiter aber nannten sie Emim.

“You are to pass over Ar, the border of Moab, today.
Und wirst nahe kommen gegenüber den Söhnen Ammons. Bedränge sie nicht und hebe nicht Streit an mit ihnen, denn Ich werde dir nichts vom Lande der Söhne Ammon zum Erbbesitze geben, denn Ich gab es den Söhnen Lots zum Erbbesitz.
Y te acercarás delante de los hijos de Ammón: no los molestes, ni te metas con ellos; porque no te tengo de dar posesión de la tierra de los hijos de Ammón; que á los hijos de Lot la he dado por heredad.
And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.

Als ein Land von Riesen ward auch dieses gerechnet, Riesen wohnten vordem darinnen; und die Ammoniter nannten sie Samsummim.

Wie Er getan hatte für die Söhne Esaus, die da wohnen in Seir, vor denen Er die Choriter vernichtete und sie austrieb; und sie wohnten an ihrer Statt bis auf diesen Tag.

Machet euch auf, brechet auf und setzet über den Bach Arnon. Siehe, Ich habe Sichon, den König von Cheschbon, den Amoriter und sein Land in deine Hand gegeben. Fang an, nimm es ein, hebe Streit an mit ihm.
Levantaos, partid, y pasad el arroyo de Arnón: he aquí he dado en tu mano á Sehón rey de Hesbón, Amorrheo, y á su tierra: comienza á tomar posesión, y empéñate con él en guerra.
Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Diesen Tag will Ich anfangen zu geben Schauer und Furcht vor dir über die Völker unter dem ganzen Himmel, und sie werden zittern und beben vor deinem Angesicht, wenn sie das Gerücht von dir hören.
Hoy comenzaré á poner tu miedo y tu espanto sobre los pueblos debajo de todo el cielo; los cuales oirán tu fama, y temblarán, y angustiarse han delante de ti.
This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.

Und ich sandte Boten aus der Wüste Kedemoth an Sichon, den König von Cheschbon, mit Worten des Friedens und sprach:
Y envié mensajeros desde el desierto de Cademoth á Sehón rey de Hesbón, con palabras de paz, diciendo:
And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,

Ich will dein Land durchziehen, will nur auf dem Wege gehen, weder zur Rechten, noch zur Linken abweichen.
Pasaré por tu tierra por el camino: por el camino iré, sin apartarme á diestra ni á siniestra:
Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.

Como lo hicieron conmigo los hijos de Esaú que habitaban en Seir, y los Moabitas que habitaban en Ar; hasta que pase el Jordán á la tierra que nos da Jehová nuestro Dios.

Und Sichon, Cheschbons König, war nicht willens, uns da durchziehen zu lassen, weil Jehovah, dein Gott, seinen Geist verhärtete und sein Herz verstockte, auf daß Er ihn in deine Hand gebe, wie es heutzutage ist.
Mas Sehón rey de Hesbón no quiso que pasásemos por el territorio suyo; porque Jehová tu Dios había endurecido su espíritu, y obstinado su corazón para entregarlo en tu mano, como hoy.

Und Jehovah sprach zu mir: Siehe, Ich habe angefangen, Sichon und sein Land vor dir zu geben. Fange an, nimm ein, um sein Land einzunehmen.

And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.

Und Sichon ging aus, uns entgegen, er und all sein Volk zum Streite nach Jahza.

Von Aroer an, das am Ufer des Baches Arnon, und die Stadt, die in dem Bachtale liegt, und bis Gilead war keine Stadt zu erhaben für uns; alle gab Jehovah vor uns hin.
Desde Aroer, que está junto á la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y la ciudad que está en el arroyo, hasta Galaad, no hubo ciudad que escapase de nosotros: todas las entregó Jehová nuestro Dios en nuestro poder.
From Aroer, which is by the brink of the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us:
From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the valley, even to Gilead, there was not a city too high for us. The LORD our God delivered up all before us.
Nur dem Land der Söhne Ammons bist du nicht nahe gekommen, allem, das am Ufer des Baches Jabboks ist, noch den Städten auf dem Gebirge, noch irgend etwas, das Jehovah, unser Gott, verboten hat.
Solamente á la tierra de los hijos de Ammón no llegaste, ni á todo lo que está á la orilla del arroyo de Jaboc ni á las ciudades del monte, ni á lugar alguno que Jehová nuestro Dios había prohibido.
Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the LORD our God forbad us.
Only to the land of the children of Ammon you didn’t come near: all the banks of the river Jabbok, and the cities of the hill country, and wherever the LORD our God forbade us.
