Auch dieses gilt als Land der Rephaiter. Vor Zeiten haben Rephaiter darin gewohnt; die Ammoniter aber nennen sie Samsummiter.

(Por tierra de gigantes fué también ella tenida: habitaron en ella gigantes en otro tiempo, á los cuales los Ammonitas llamaban Zomzommeos;

(That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims;

(That also is considered a land of Rephaim. Rephaim lived there in the past, but the Ammonites call them Zamzummim,
