Deuteronomio 29

Voi vedeste le abbominazioni, e le sozzure, cioè a dire i loro idoli, il legno, la pietra, l'oro, l'argento, ch'elle adoravano.

Porque vosotros sabéis cómo habitamos en la tierra de Egipto, y cómo hemos pasado por medio de las gentes que habéis pasado;

(For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;

(for you know how we lived in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the middle of the nations through which you passed;
