Fue en las llanuras de Moab donde Moisés confirmó el pacto que el Señor había hecho con el pueblo de Israel en el monte Horeb.

ESTAS son las palabras del pacto que Jehová mandó á Moisés concertara con los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Moab, además del pacto que concertó con ellos en Horeb.
