Cuando un hombre toma a una esposa y se casa con ella, si ella no encuentra favor ante sus ojos porque ha encontrado algo inadecuado en ella, entonces el debe escribirle un certificado de divorcio, ponerlo en sus manos, y mandarla fuera de su casa.
CUANDO alguno tomare mujer y se casare con ella, si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa torpe, le escribirá carta de repudio, y se la entregará en su mano, y despedirála de su casa.
When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.

Cuando ella se haya ido fuera de su casa, ella puede irse y ser la esposa de otro hombre.

entonces su esposo anterior, el que la echó por primera vez, no puede tomarla de nuevo como esposa, después de convertirse en impura; pues eso sería una abonimación al SEÑOR. No debes causar que la tierra sea culpable, la tierra que el SEÑOR TU DIOS te está dando como herencia.
No podrá su primer marido, que la despidió, volverla á tomar para que sea su mujer, después que fué amancillada; porque es abominación delante de Jehová, y no has de pervertir la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.

Cuando un hombre toma a una nueva esposa, él no ira a guerra con el ejército, tampoco puede ser ordenado a ir a un trabajo forzado; el será libre de estar en su hogar por un año y animará a su esposa a la cual él ha tomado.
Cuando tomare alguno mujer nueva, no saldrá á la guerra, ni en ninguna cosa se le ocupará; libre estará en su casa por un año, para alegrar á su mujer que tomó.

Ningún hombre puede tomar un molino o una piedra de molino superior como garantía, pues eso sería tomar la vida de una persona como garantía.

Toma atención en cuanto a cualquier plaga de lepra, para que puedas observar cuidadosamente y seguir cada instrucción dada a tí la cual los sacerdotes, los Levitas, te enseñen; como YO les ordené, para que actúes.
Guárdate de llaga de lepra, observando diligentemente, y haciendo según todo lo que os enseñaren los sacerdotes Levitas: cuidaréis de hacer como les he mandado.

Traigan a la mente lo que EL SEÑOR TU DIOS le hizo a Miriam mientras salías de Egipto.

Cuando le haces a tu vecino algún tipo de préstamo, no debes entrar a su casa a extraer su garantía.
Cuando dieres á tu prójimo alguna cosa emprestada, no entrarás en su casa para tomarle prenda:
When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.
When you lend your neighbor any kind of loan, you shall not go into his house to get his pledge.
Te pararás afuera, y el hombre a quien le prestaste te traerá la garantía a tí afuera.
Fuera estarás, y el hombre á quien prestaste, te sacará afuera la prenda.
Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.
You shall stand outside, and the man to whom you lend shall bring the pledge outside to you.
Si él es un hombre pobre, no debes dormir con su garantía en tu poder.
Y si fuere hombre pobre, no duermas con su prenda:
And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:

Tu verdaderamente debes restaurarle su garantía a la puesta del sol, para que pueda dormir en su manto y bendecirte; será justicia para tí delante del SEÑOR TU DIOS.
Precisamente le devolverás la prenda cuando el sol se ponga, para que duerma en su ropa, y te bendiga: y te será justicia delante de Jehová tu Dios.
In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

No debes oprimir a un sirviente contratado quien es pobre y necesitado, sea un compañero Israelita, o de extranjeros que están en tu tierra dentro de los ppuertas de tu ciudad;
No hagas agravio al jornalero pobre y menesteroso, así de tus hermanos como de tus extranjeros que están en tu tierra en tus ciudades:
Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:

Cada día debe darle su ganancia; no debe bajar el sol en este asunto no resuelto, pues él es pobre y está contando con eso. Haz esto para que él no llore en contra tuya al SEÑOR, y para que no sea un pecado que hayas cometido.
En su día le darás su jornal, y no se pondrá el sol sin dárselo: pues es pobre, y con él sustenta su vida: porque no clame contra ti á Jehová, y sea en ti pecado.

No debes usar fuerza para quitar la justicia que se debe al extranjero o a los huérfanos, ni tomar el manto de la viuda como una garantía.
No torcerás el derecho del peregrino y del huérfano; ni tomarás por prenda la ropa de la viuda:

En su lugar, debes traer a memoria que fuiste un esclavo en Egipto, y queEL SEÑOR TU DIOS te rescató de allí. Por lo tanto YO te instruyo a que obedezcas este mandato.
Mas acuérdate que fuiste siervo en Egipto, y de allí te rescató Jehová tu Dios: por tanto, yo te mando que hagas esto.

Cuando recojas tu cosecha en tu campo, y si se te ha olvidado la gavilla en el campo, no debes ir por ella a buscarla; debe ser para el extranjero, para los huérfanos, o para la viuda, para queEL SEÑÓR TU DIOS pueda bendecirte en todo el trabajo de tus manos.
Cuando segares tu mies en tu campo, y olvidares alguna gavilla en el campo, no volverás á tomarla: para el extranjero, para el huérfano, y para la viuda será; porque te bendiga Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos.

Cuando reúnas las uvas de tu viña, no deberás recogerla otra vez. Lo que sobre será para el extranjero, para el huérfano, y para la viuda.

Debes llevar en mente que fuiste un esclavo en la tierra de Egipto; por lo tanto YO te instruyo a que obedezcas este mandato.
Y acuérdate que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto: por tanto, yo te mando que hagas esto.
