1KEIN irgendwie Entmannter darf in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten.
2Es darf auch kein Bastard in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten; selbst im zehnten Geschlecht dürfen seine Nachkommen noch nicht in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten.
3Kein Ammoniter oder Moabiter darf in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten; niemals, auch im zehnten Geschlecht noch nicht, dürfen sie in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten, (a) Ne 13:1
4weil sie euch nicht mit Brot und Wasser entgegengekommen sind auf dem Wege, als ihr aus Ägypten auszogt, und weil er Bileam, den Sohn Beors, von Pethor in Syrien am Euphrat, wider dich gedungen hat, dass er dich verfluche. (1) d.i. der Moabiterkönig Balak. (a) 4Mo 22:5 6
5Aber der Herr, dein Gott, wollte nicht auf Bileam hören, sondern der Herr, dein Gott, verwandelte dir den Fluch in Segen, weil der Herr, dein Gott, dich liebhat.
6Dein Leben lang sollst du niemals auf ihr Glück und Wohlergehen sinnen.
7Den Edomiter sollst du nicht verabscheuen; denn er ist dein Bruder. Den Ägypter sollst du nicht verabscheuen, denn du bist in seinem Lande Gast gewesen.
8Nachkommen, die ihnen im dritten Geschlecht geboren werden, dürfen in die Gemeinde des Herrn eintreten
9WENN du im Kriegslager wider deine Feinde ausziehst, so hüte dich vor allem Ungehörigen.
10Ist jemand in deiner Mitte, der infolge eines nächtlichen Begegnisses nicht rein ist, so soll er vor das Lager hinausgehen (und) nicht (wieder) ins Lager hineinkommen; (a) 3Mo 15:16 18
11gegen Abend sodann wasche er sich mit Wasser, und wenn die Sonne untergeht, darf er (wieder) ins Lager hineinkommen.
12Und du sollst draussen vor dem Lager einen abseits gelegenen Ort haben, und dahin sollst du hinausgehen;
13und einen Pflock sollst du bei deinem Geräte haben, und wenn du draussen niederkauern willst, sollst du damit graben und deinen Unrat wieder zudecken.
14Denn der Herr, dein Gott, wandelt mitten durch dein Lager, dass er dich errette und deine Feinde dir preisgebe. Darum soll dein Lager heilig sein, dass er nicht etwas Hässliches bei dir sehe und sich von dir wende.
15DU sollst den Sklaven, der sich von seinem Herrn weg zu dir flüchtet, seinem Herrn nicht ausliefern.
16Er soll bei dir, in deinem Gebiete, bleiben dürfen an dem Orte, den er sich erwählt, in einer deiner Ortschaften, wo es ihm gefällt; du sollst ihn nicht bedrücken.
17Unter den Töchtern Israels soll keine geweihte Buhle und unter den Söhnen Israels kein geweihter Buhle sein.
18Du sollst keinen Dirnenlohn und kein Hundegeld in das Haus des Herrn, deines Gottes, bringen auf irgendein Gelübde hin; denn alle beide sind dem Herrn, deinem Gott, ein Greuel.
19Du sollst von deinem Volksgenossen keinen Zins nehmen, weder Zins für Geld noch Zins für Speise, noch Zins für irgend etwas, was man leihen kann. (a) 2Mo 22:25; 3Mo 25:36 37
20Von dem Ausländer magst du Zins nehmen, von deinem Bruder aber sollst du nicht Zins nehmen, auf dass der Herr, dein Gott, in allem, was du unternimmst, dich segne in dem Lande, dahin du ziehen wirst, es zu besetzen.
21Wenn du dem Herrn, deinem Gott, etwas gelobst, so sollst du nicht säumen, es zu halten; denn der Herr, dein Gott, würde es gewiss von dir fordern, und es käme Schuld auf dich. (a) 4Mo 30:3; Pre 5:3 4
22Wenn du aber unterlässest, zu geloben, so ist keine Schuld an dir.
23Doch was über deine Lippen gegangen ist, sollst du halten und sollst tun, wie du dem Herrn, deinem Gott, freiwillig gelobt und was du mit deinem Munde ausgesprochen hast.
24Wenn du in den Weinberg deines Nächsten kommst, so magst du Trauben essen nach Herzenslust, bis du genug hast; aber in dein Geschirr sollst du nichts tun.
25Wenn du in das Kornfeld deines Nächsten kommst, so magst du mit der Hand Ähren abreissen; aber die Sichel sollst du nicht schwingen über das Korn deines Nächsten.

1NO entrará en la congregación de Jehová el que fuere quebrado, ni el castrado.
2No entrará bastardo en la congregación de Jehová: ni aun en la décima generación entrará en la congregación de Jehová.
3No entrará Ammonita ni Moabita en la congregación de Jehová; ni aun en la décima generación entrará en la congregación de Jehová para siempre:
4Por cuanto no os salieron á recibir con pan y agua al camino, cuando salisteis de Egipto; y porque alquiló contra ti á Balaam hijo de Beor de Pethor de Mesopotamia de Siria, para que te maldijese.
5Mas no quiso Jehová tu Dios oir á Balaam; y Jehová tu Dios te volvió la maldición en bendición, porque Jehová tu Dios te amaba.
6No procurarás la paz de ellos ni su bien en todos los días para siempre.
7No abominarás al Idumeo, que tu hermano es: no abominarás al Egipcio, que extranjero fuiste en su tierra.
8Los hijos que nacieren de ellos, á la tercera generación entrarán en la congregación de Jehová.
9Cuando salieres á campaña contra tus enemigos, guárdate de toda cosa mala.
10Cuando hubiere en ti alguno que no fuere limpio por accidente de noche, saldráse del campo, y no entrará en él.
11Y será que al declinar de la tarde se lavará con agua, y cuando fuere puesto el sol, entrará en el campo.
12Y tendrás un lugar fuera del real, y saldrás allá fuera;
13Tendrás también una estaca entre tus armas; y será que, cuando estuvieres allí fuera, cavarás con ella, y luego al volverte cubrirás tu excremento:
14Porque Jehová tu Dios anda por medio de tu campo, para librarte y entregar tus enemigos delante de ti; por tanto será tu real santo: porque él no vea en ti cosa inmunda, y se vuelva de en pos de ti.
15No entregarás á su señor el siervo que se huyere á ti de su amo:
16More contigo, en medio de ti, en el lugar que escogiere en alguna de tus ciudades, donde bien le estuviere: no le harás fuerza.
17No habrá ramera de las hijas de Israel, ni habrá sodomítico de los hijos de Israel.
18No traerás precio de ramera, ni precio de perro á la casa de Jehová tu Dios por ningún voto; porque abominación es á Jehová tu Dios así lo uno como lo otro.
19No tomarás de tu hermano logro de dinero, ni logro de comida, ni logro de cosa alguna de que se suele tomar.
20Del extraño tomarás logro, mas de tu hermano no lo tomarás, porque te bendiga Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos sobre la tierra á la cual entras para poseerla.
21Cuando prometieres voto á Jehová tu Dios, no tardarás en pagarlo; porque ciertamente lo demandará Jehová tu Dios de ti, y habría en ti pecado.
22Mas cuando te abstuvieres de prometer, no habrá en ti pecado.
23Guardarás lo que tus labios pronunciaren; y harás, como prometiste á Jehová tu Dios, lo que de tu voluntad hablaste por tu boca.
24Cuando entrares en la viña de tu prójimo, comerás uvas hasta saciar tu deseo: mas no pondrás en tu vaso.
25Cuando entrares en la mies de tu prójimo, podrás cortar espigas con tu mano; mas no aplicarás hoz á la mies de tu prójimo.

1He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
2A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
3An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:
4Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.
5Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.
6Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.
7Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land.
8The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.
9When the host goeth forth against thine enemies, then keep thee from every wicked thing.
10If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp:
11But it shall be, when evening cometh on, he shall wash himself with water: and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp again.
12Thou shalt have a place also without the camp, whither thou shalt go forth abroad:
13And thou shalt have a paddle upon thy weapon; and it shall be, when thou wilt ease thyself abroad, thou shalt dig therewith, and shalt turn back and cover that which cometh from thee:
14For the LORD thy God walketh in the midst of thy camp, to deliver thee, and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore shall thy camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee, and turn away from thee.
15Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant which is escaped from his master unto thee:
16He shall dwell with thee, even among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him.
17There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
18Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
19Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:
20Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
21When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
22But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.
23That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
24When thou comest into thy neighbour’s vineyard, then thou mayest eat grapes thy fill at thine own pleasure; but thou shalt not put any in thy vessel.
25When thou comest into the standing corn of thy neighbour, then thou mayest pluck the ears with thine hand; but thou shalt not move a sickle unto thy neighbour’s standing corn.
World English Bible
1He who is emasculated by crushing or cutting shall not enter into the LORD’s assembly.
2A person born of a forbidden union shall not enter into the LORD’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one of his enter into the LORD’s assembly.
3An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into the LORD’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into the LORD’s assembly forever,
4because they didn’t meet you with bread and with water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you.
5Nevertheless the LORD your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam, but the LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because the LORD your God loved you.
6You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.
7You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because you lived as a foreigner in his land.
8The children of the third generation who are born to them may enter into the LORD’s assembly.
9When you go out and camp against your enemies, then you shall keep yourselves from every evil thing.
10If there is among you any man who is not clean by reason of that which happens to him by night, then shall he go outside of the camp. He shall not come within the camp;
11but it shall be, when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water. When the sun is down, he shall come within the camp.
12You shall have a place also outside of the camp where you go relieve yourself.
13You shall have a trowel among your weapons. It shall be, when you relieve yourself, you shall dig with it, and shall turn back and cover your excrement;
14for the LORD your God walks in the middle of your camp, to deliver you, and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp shall be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you, and turn away from you.
15You shall not deliver to his master a servant who has escaped from his master to you.
16He shall dwell with you, among you, in the place which he shall choose within one of your gates, where it pleases him best. You shall not oppress him.
17There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
18You shall not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of the LORD your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to the LORD your God.
19You shall not lend on interest to your brother: interest of money, interest of food, interest of anything that is lent on interest.
20You may charge a foreigner interest; but you shall not charge your brother interest, that the LORD your God may bless you in all that you put your hand to, in the land where you go in to possess it.
21When you vow a vow to the LORD your God, you shall not be slack to pay it, for the LORD your God will surely require it of you; and it would be sin in you.
22But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.
23You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to the LORD your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
24When you come into your neighbor’s vineyard, then you may eat your fill of grapes at your own pleasure; but you shall not put any in your container.
25When you come into your neighbor’s standing grain, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not use a sickle on your neighbor’s standing grain.
