23Pero lo que una vez salió de tus labios, lo has de cumplir y ejecutar como lo prometiste al Señor Dios tuyo; puesto que de tu propia voluntad lo has hecho, y con tu misma boca lo has pronunciado.

23Guardarás lo que tus labios pronunciaren; y harás, como prometiste á Jehová tu Dios, lo que de tu voluntad hablaste por tu boca.

23That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
World English Bible
23You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to the LORD your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
