Deuteronomio 23

Una vez que hayas hecho el voto, debes cumplir exactamente lo que hayas dicho porque lo hiciste voluntariamente y te has comprometido con voto delante del Señor tu Dios.

Guardarás lo que tus labios pronunciaren; y harás, como prometiste á Jehová tu Dios, lo que de tu voluntad hablaste por tu boca.

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.

You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to the LORD your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
