23The utterance of your lips ⌞you must perform diligently⌟ just as you have vowed freely to Yahweh your God whatever it was that you promised with your mouth.

23That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.

23You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to the LORD your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.
