Deuteronomio 23

Quando avrai fatto un voto al Signore Dio tuo, non tarderai ad adempirlo: perocché il Signore Dio tuo te ne domanderà conto: e la lentezza ti sarà imputata a peccato.

Mas cuando te abstuvieres de prometer, no habrá en ti pecado.

But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.

But if you refrain from making a vow, it shall be no sin in you.
