21“Se você fizer algum voto ou promessa ao Senhor, o seu Deus, cumpra sem demora. O Senhor, o seu Deus, certamente exigirá prestação de contas. Se você não cumprir o que prometeu, estará cometendo pecado.

21When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
