Deuteronomio 22

WENN du das Rind oder das Schaf deines Volksgenossen versprengt siehst, so sollst du dich ihnen nicht entziehen, sondern sollst sie deinem Volksgenossen wieder zuführen. (a) 2Mo 23:4

NO verás el buey de tu hermano, ó su cordero, perdidos, y te retirarás de ellos: precisamente los volverás á tu hermano.

Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.

You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep go astray and hide yourself from them. You shall surely bring them again to your brother.

Wenn aber dein Volksgenosse nicht nahe bei dir wohnt oder wenn du ihn nicht kennst, so sollst du es in dein Haus nehmen, und es soll bei dir bleiben, bis es dein Volksgenosse sucht; dann sollst du es ihm zurückgeben.

Y si tu hermano no fuere tu vecino, ó no le conocieres, los recogerás en tu casa, y estarán contigo hasta que tu hermano los busque, y se los devolverás.

And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.

If your brother isn’t near to you, or if you don’t know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother comes looking for it, and you shall restore it to him.

Ebenso sollst du es mit seinem Esel halten, ebenso mit seinem Kleide und ebenso mit allem, was deinem Volksgenossen verlorengeht; du darfst dich nicht entziehen.

Y así harás de su asno, así harás también de su vestido, y lo mismo harás con toda cosa perdida de tu hermano que se le perdiere, y tú la hallares: no podrás retraerte de ello.

In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother’s, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.

So you shall do with his donkey. So you shall do with his garment. So you shall do with every lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost and you have found. You may not hide yourself.

Wenn du den Esel oder das Rind deines Volksgenossen auf dem Wege stürzen siehst, so sollst du dich ihnen nicht entziehen, sondern sollst sie ihm aufrichten helfen.

No verás el asno de tu hermano, ó su buey, caídos en el camino, y te esconderás de ellos: con él has de procurar levantarlos.

Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.

You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them. You shall surely help him to lift them up again.

Ein Weib soll nicht Männertracht tragen, und ein Mann soll nicht Frauenkleider anziehen; denn ein Greuel ist dem Herrn, deinem Gott, ein jeder, der solches tut.

No vestirá la mujer hábito de hombre, ni el hombre vestirá ropa de mujer; porque abominación es á Jehová tu Dios cualquiera que esto hace.

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

A woman shall not wear men’s clothing, neither shall a man put on women’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.

Wenn du unterwegs auf irgendeinem Baume oder auf der Erde zufällig ein Vogelnest mit Jungen oder Eiern findest, und die Mutter sitzt auf den Jungen oder auf den Eiern, so sollst du nicht die Jungen samt der Mutter nehmen.

Cuando topares en el camino algún nido de ave en cualquier árbol, ó sobre la tierra, con pollos ó huevos, y estuviere la madre echada sobre los pollos ó sobre los huevos, no tomes la madre con los hijos:

If a bird’s nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:

If you come across a bird’s nest on the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young.

Die Mutter sollst du fliegen lassen und nur die Jungen nehmen, auf dass es dir wohl ergehe und du lange lebest.

Dejarás ir á la madre, y tomarás los pollos para ti; para que te vaya bien, y prolongues tus días.

But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

You shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.

Wenn du ein neues Haus baust, so sollst du an deinem Dache ein Geländer anbringen, damit du nicht Blutschuld auf dein Haus ladest, wenn jemand herunterfiele.

Cuando edificares casa nueva, harás pretil á tu terrado, porque no pongas sangre en tu casa, si de él cayere alguno.

When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.

When you build a new house, then you shall make a railing around your roof, so that you don’t bring blood on your house if anyone falls from there.

Du sollst deinen Weinberg nicht mit zweierlei Gewächs bepflanzen; sonst verfällt das Ganze dem Heiligtum, die Gewächse, die du pflanzest, samt dem Ertrag des Weinbergs. (a) 3Mo 19:19

No sembrarás tu viña de varias semillas, porque no se deprave la plenitud de la semilla que sembraste, y el fruto de la viña.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest all the fruit be defiled, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.

Du sollst nicht Rind und Esel zusammen an den Pflug spannen.

No ararás con buey y con asno juntamente.

Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

Du sollst nicht ein Kleid anziehen, das aus Wolle und Flachs zusammen gewoben ist.

No te vestirás de mistura, de lana y lino juntamente.

Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

You shall not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

Du sollst dir Quasten machen an den vier Zipfeln deines Mantels, mit dem du dich bedeckst. (a) 4Mo 15:38

Hacerte has flecos en los cuatro cabos de tu manto con que te cubrieres.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

You shall make yourselves fringes on the four corners of your cloak with which you cover yourself.

WENN jemand ein Weib nimmt und mit ihr Umgang hat, und er mag sie dann nicht mehr,

Cuando alguno tomare mujer, y después de haber entrado á ella la aborreciere,

If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, hates her,

also dass er ihr Schändliches zur Last legt und sie in schlechten Ruf bringt, indem er sagt: "Dieses Weib habe ich genommen, aber als ich ihr nahte, fand ich sie nicht als Jungfrau",

Y le pusiere algunas faltas, y esparciere sobre ella mala fama, y dijere: Esta tomé por mujer, y llegué á ella, y no la hallé virgen;

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

accuses her of shameful things, gives her a bad name, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity;”

so sollen der Vater und die Mutter des Mädchens das Zeichen ihrer Jungfrauschaft nehmen und vor die Ältesten der Stadt an das Tor hinausbringen.

Entonces el padre de la moza y su madre tomarán, y sacarán las señales de la virginidad de la doncella á los ancianos de la ciudad, en la puerta.

Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

then the young lady’s father and mother shall take and bring the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate.

Und der Vater des Mädchens soll zu den Ältesten sagen: "Meine Tochter habe ich diesem Mann zum Weibe gegeben, und nun, da er sie nicht mehr mag,

Y dirá el padre de la moza á los ancianos: Yo dí mi hija á este hombre por mujer, y él la aborrece;

And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

The young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man as his wife, and he hates her.

legt er ihr Schändliches zur Last und sagt: Ich habe deine Tochter nicht als Jungfrau erfunden. Hier aber ist das Zeichen der Jungfrauschaft meiner Tochter." Dabei sollen sie das Tuch vor den Ältesten der Stadt ausbreiten.

Y, he aquí, él le pone tachas de algunas cosas, diciendo: No he hallado tu hija virgen; empero, he aquí las señales de la virginidad de mi hija. Y extenderán la sábana delante de los ancianos de la ciudad.

And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, ‘I didn’t find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;’ and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity.” They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Dann sollen die Ältesten jener Stadt den Mann ergreifen und züchtigen,

Entonces los ancianos de la ciudad tomarán al hombre y lo castigarán;

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

The elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him.

ihn auch um hundert Lot Silber büssen und sie dem Vater des Mädchens geben, weil er eine israelitische Jungfrau in schlechten Ruf gebracht hat, und er soll sie als Weib behalten, das er sein Leben lang nicht verstossen darf.

Y le han de penar en cien piezas de plata, las cuales darán al padre de la moza, por cuanto esparció mala fama sobre virgen de Israel: y la ha de tener por mujer, y no podrá despedirla en todos sus días.

And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

They shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver, and give them to the father of the young lady, because he has given a bad name to a virgin of Israel. She shall be his wife. He may not put her away all his days.

Erweist sich aber die Sache als wahr, ist das Mädchen nicht als Jungfrau erfunden worden,

Mas si este negocio fué verdad, que no se hubiere hallado virginidad en la moza,

But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

But if this thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young lady,

so soll man sie vor die Türe ihres väterlichen Hauses hinausführen, und die Männer ihrer Stadt sollen sie zu Tode steinigen, weil sie eine Schandtat in Israel begangen und in ihres Vaters Hause Unzucht getrieben hat. So sollst du das Böse aus deiner Mitte ausrotten.

Entonces la sacarán á la puerta de la casa de su padre, y la apedrearán con piedras los hombres de su ciudad, y morirá; por cuanto hizo vileza en Israel fornicando en casa de su padre: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

then they shall bring out the young lady to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done folly in Israel, to play the prostitute in her father’s house. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

Wenn ein Mann dabei ertappt wird, dass er bei einem verheirateten Weibe liegt, so sollen alle beide sterben, der bei dem Weibe gelegen und das Weib. So sollst du das Böse aus Israel ausrotten. (a) 3Mo 20:10

Cuando se sorprendiere alguno echado con mujer casada con marido, entrambos morirán, el hombre que se acostó con la mujer, y la mujer: así quitarás el mal de Israel.

If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both die, the man who lay with the woman and the woman. So you shall remove the evil from Israel.

Wenn eine Jungfrau einem Manne verlobt ist und es trifft sie ein Mann in der Stadt und liegt bei ihr;

Cuando fuere moza virgen desposada con alguno, y alguno la hallare en la ciudad, y se echare con ella;

If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

If there is a young lady who is a virgin pledged to be married to a husband, and a man finds her in the city, and lies with her,

so sollt ihr sie beide zum Tore jener Stadt hinausführen und sie zu Tode steinigen: das Mädchen, weil es, obwohl in der Stadt, nicht geschrieen hat, und den Mann, weil er das Weib seines Nächsten geschwächt hat. So sollst du das Böse aus deiner Mitte ausrotten.

Entonces los sacaréis á ambos á la puerta de aquella ciudad, y los apedrearéis con piedras, y morirán; la moza porque no dió voces en la ciudad, y el hombre porque humilló á la mujer de su prójimo: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones; the lady, because she didn’t cry, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor’s wife. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

Wenn aber der Mann das verlobte Mädchen auf dem Felde trifft und ihm Gewalt antut und bei ihm liegt, so soll der Mann, der bei ihm gelegen, allein sterben.

Mas si el hombre halló una moza desposada en el campo, y él la agarrare, y se echare con ella, morirá sólo el hombre que con ella se habrá echado;

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:

But if the man finds the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die;

Dem Mädchen aber sollst du nichts tun; es hat keine Sünde begangen, die den Tod verdiente. Denn es ist gerade so, wie wenn einer seinen Nächsten überfällt und totschlägt.

Y á la moza no harás nada; no tiene la moza culpa de muerte: porque como cuando alguno se levanta contra su prójimo, y le quita la vida, así es esto:

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

but to the lady you shall do nothing. There is in the lady no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter;

Denn er traf es auf dem Felde, und wenn auch das verlobte Mädchen schrie, so war niemand, der ihm helfen konnte.

Porque él la halló en el campo: dió voces la moza desposada, y no hubo quien la valiese.

For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

for he found her in the field, the pledged to be married lady cried, and there was no one to save her.

Wenn ein Mann eine Jungfrau trifft, die noch nicht verlobt ist, und sie ergreift und bei ihr liegt, und er wird ertappt, (a) 2Mo 22:16

Cuando alguno hallare moza virgen, que no fuere desposada, y la tomare, y se echare con ella, y fueren hallados;

If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

If a man finds a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, grabs her and lies with her, and they are found,

so soll der Mann, der bei dem Mädchen gelegen, ihrem Vater fünfzig Lot Silber geben und sie zum Weibe nehmen dafür, dass er sie geschwächt hat; er darf sie nicht verstossen sein Leben lang.

Entonces el hombre que se echó con ella dará al padre de la moza cincuenta piezas de plata, y ella será su mujer, por cuanto la humilló: no la podrá despedir en todos sus días.

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

then the man who lay with her shall give to the lady’s father fifty shekels of silver. She shall be his wife, because he has humbled her. He may not put her away all his days.

Niemand soll das Weib seines Vaters heiraten, noch die Decke seines Vaters aufheben. (1) die Lutherbibel hat für 5.Mo. 22,30; 23,1-25 die Zählung 5.Mo. 23,1-26. (2) d.i. seine Stiefmutter. (a) 3Mo 18:8; 5Mo 27:20

No tomará alguno la mujer de su padre, ni descubrirá el regazo de su padre.

A man shall not take his father’s wife, nor discover his father’s skirt.

A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.
