5Dann sollen die Beamten also zu dem Kriegsvolke sprechen: Jedermann unter euch, der ein neues Haus gebaut und noch nicht eingeweiht hat, mag abtreten und heimkehren, damit er nicht in der Schlacht umkomme, und ein anderer es einweihe!
