Deuteronomio 20

Pero si no hacen una oferta de paz, y en cambio hacen guerra contra ustedes, entonces ustedes deben sitiarla,

Mas si no hiciere paz contigo, y emprendiere contigo guerra, y la cercares,

And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:

If it will make no peace with you, but will make war against you, then you shall besiege it.
