Ich redete euch zu, aber ihr hörtet nicht, sondern widerspenstig gegen den ausdrücklichen Befehl Jahwes zogt ihr vermessenen Sinnes hinauf ins Gebirge.

Y os hablé, y no disteis oído; antes fuisteis rebeldes al dicho de Jehová, y persistiendo con altivez, subisteis al monte.

So I spake unto you; and ye would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD, and went presumptuously up into the hill.
