Allorché il Signore Dio tuo avrà annichilate le genti, delle quali la terra darà egli a te, e quando tu ne sarai in possesso, e abiterai in quelle città, e in quelle case:
CUANDO Jehová tu Dios talare las gentes, cuya tierra Jehová tu Dios te da á ti, y tú las heredares, y habitares en sus ciudades, y en sus casas;
When the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses;

Separerai tre città nel mezzo del paese, di cui il Signore Dio tuo daratti il dominio,
Te apartarás tres ciudades en medio de tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas.
Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
you shall set apart three cities for yourselves in the middle of your land, which the LORD your God gives you to possess.
E appianerai diligentemente le strade, e in tre parti dividerai tutto il continente della tua terra, affinché colui che è fuggiasco per ragion d'omicidio, abbia vicino un luogo, dove potere scampare.
Arreglarte has el camino, y dividirás en tres partes el término de tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te dará en heredad, y será para que todo homicida se huya allí.
Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.
You shall prepare the way, and divide the borders of your land which the LORD your God causes you to inherit into three parts, that every man slayer may flee there.
Questa sarà la legge riguardo all'omicida, che prende la fuga, di cui dee salvarsi la vita: Se uno ha ferito il suo prossimo per accidente, e non si prova, che ieri, o ieri l'altro avesse odio alcuno contro di quello,
Y este es el caso del homicida que ha de huir allí, y vivirá: el que hiriere á su prójimo por yerro, que no le tenía enemistad desde ayer ni antes de ayer:
And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;
This is the case of the man slayer who shall flee there and live: Whoever kills his neighbor unintentionally, and didn’t hate him in time past—
Ma che era andato con lui semplicemente nel bosco a tagliar delle legna, e nel tagliarle gli era fuggita di mano la scure, e il ferro uscito del manico avea percosso e ucciso il suo amico: questi si rifuggirà in una delle sopraddette città, e sarà salvo;
Como el que fué con su prójimo al monte á cortar leña, y poniendo fuerza con su mano en el hacha para cortar algún leño, saltó el hierro del cabo, y encontró á su prójimo, y murió; aquél huirá á una de aquestas ciudades, y vivirá;
As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live:
as when a man goes into the forest with his neighbor to chop wood and his hand swings the ax to cut down the tree, and the head slips from the handle and hits his neighbor so that he dies—he shall flee to one of these cities and live.
Affinché per disgrazia un parente di quello, il sangue di cui è stato sparso, stimolato dal dolore non gli tenga dietro, e gli metta le mani addosso, ove il viaggio fosse lungo, e uccida colui che non è reo di morte: atteso che non si prova, che avesse prima alcun odio contro l'ucciso.
No sea que el pariente del muerto vaya tras el homicida, cuando se enardeciere su corazón, y le alcance por ser largo el camino, y le hiera de muerte, no debiendo ser condenado á muerte; por cuanto no tenía enemistad desde ayer ni antes de ayer con el muerto.
Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.
Otherwise, the avenger of blood might pursue the man slayer while hot anger is in his heart and overtake him, because the way is long, and strike him mortally, even though he was not worthy of death, because he didn’t hate him in time past.
Per questo io ti comando di porre queste tre città in pari distanza tra loro.
Por tanto yo te mando, diciendo: Tres ciudades te apartarás.
Wherefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.
Therefore I command you to set apart three cities for yourselves.
Quando poi il Signore Dio tuo abbia ampliati i tuoi confini, conforme giurò ai padri tuoi, e ti avrà data tutta la terra, che ad essi promise,
Y si Jehová tu Dios ensanchare tu término, como lo juró á tus padres, y te diere toda la tierra que dijo á tus padres que había de dar;
And if the LORD thy God enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers;
If the LORD your God enlarges your border, as he has sworn to your fathers, and gives you all the land which he promised to give to your fathers;
(Se però osserverai i suoi comandamenti, e farai quello che io oggi ti prescrivo, che ami il Signore Dio tuo, e nelle vie di lui cammini in ogni tempo), aggiungerai a queste tre altre città, e raddoppierai il numero delle prime:
Cuando guardases todos estos mandamientos, que yo te prescribo hoy, para ponerlos por obra, que ames á Jehová tu Dios y andes en sus caminos todos los días; entonces añadirás tres ciudades á más de estas tres;
If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love the LORD thy God, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three:
and if you keep all this commandment to do it, which I command you today, to love the LORD your God, and to walk ever in his ways, then you shall add three cities more for yourselves, in addition to these three.
Affinché non si sparga il sangue innocente in seno alla terra, di cui il Signore Dio tuo daratti il possesso, affinché tu non sia reo di effusione di sangue.
Porque no sea derramada sangre inocente en medio de tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, y sea sobre ti sangre.
That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
This is so that innocent blood will not be shed in the middle of your land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance, leaving blood guilt on you.
Ma se uno portando odio al suo prossimo tenderà insidie alla vita di lui, e andandogli contro lo ferirà, onde quegli si muoia, ed egli siasi rifuggito in una delle sopraddette città,
Mas cuando hubiere alguno que aborreciere á su prójimo, y lo acechare, y se levantare sobre él, y lo hiriere de muerte, y muriere, y huyere á alguna de estas ciudades;
But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities:
But if any man hates his neighbor, lies in wait for him, rises up against him, strikes him mortally so that he dies, and he flees into one of these cities;
I seniori della patria di lui manderanno a pigliarlo nel luogo, dove si è rifuggito, e lo daranno nelle mani del parente di colui del quale fu sparso il sangue, ed egli sarà messo a morte.
Entonces los ancianos de su ciudad enviarán y lo sacarán de allí, y entregarlo han en mano del pariente del muerto, y morirá.

Non avrai compassione di lui, e torrai da Israele il reato dell'effusione del sangue innocente, affinché tu sii prosperato.
No le perdonará tu ojo: y quitarás de Israel la sangre inocente, y te irá bien.
Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.

Non ismoverai, e non trasporterai i termini del tuo prossimo piantati da quelli che ebbero per l'avanti le possessioni, che il Signore Dio tuo darà a te nella terra, di cui ti farà padrone.
No reducirás el término de tu prójimo, el cual señalaron los antiguos en tu heredad, la que poseyeres en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas.
Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour’s landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
You shall not remove your neighbor’s landmark, which they of old time have set, in your inheritance which you shall inherit, in the land that the LORD your God gives you to possess.
Non sarà sufficiente un sol testimonio contro chicchessia, qualunque siasi il peccato, e la scelleraggine: ma tutto si deciderà sul deposto di due, o di tre testimoni.
No valdrá un testigo contra ninguno en cualquier delito, ó en cualquier pecado, en cualquier pecado que se cometiere. En el dicho de dos testigos, ó en el dicho de tres testigos consistirá el negocio.

Se un falso testimonio si presenta per accusare un uomo di prevaricazione,
Cuando se levantare testigo falso contra alguno, para testificar contra él rebelión,
If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,
Si presenteranno ambedue questi contendenti dinanzi al Signore in presenza de' sacerdoti, e de' giudici, che saranno in quel tempo:
Entonces los dos hombres litigantes se presentarán delante de Jehová, delante de los sacerdotes y jueces que fueren en aquellos días:
Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

E quando questi dopo diligentissimo esame trovino, che il testimone falso ha detto bugia contro del suo fratello,

Faranno a lui quello che egli ha avuto intenzione di fare al suo fratello, e torrai l'iniquità di mezzo a te:
Haréis á él como él pensó hacer á su hermano: y quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
then you shall do to him as he had thought to do to his brother. So you shall remove the evil from among you.
Affinché ciò udendo tutti gli altri ne abbian timore, e non abbian mai ardimento di far cosa tale.
Y los que quedaren oirán, y temerán, y no volverán más á hacer una mala cosa como ésta, en medio de ti.
And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

Non avrai compassione di colui, ma farai ch'egli paghi vita per vita, occhio per occhio, dente per dente, mano per mano, gamba per gamba. Chi debba rimandarsi a sua casa in occasione di battaglia. Come debbono osservarsi i diritti della guerra. Quali piante si taglino per farne le macchine, e quali debban lasciarsi.
Y no perdonará tu ojo: vida por vida, ojo por ojo, diente por diente, mano por mano, pie por pie.
And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
