4He aquí el caso en que el homicida podrá huirse allí para salvar su vida: si el que mató a su prójimo lo hizo sin querer y sin tenerle odio anteriormente.

4Y este es el caso del homicida que ha de huir allí, y vivirá: el que hiriere á su prójimo por yerro, que no le tenía enemistad desde ayer ni antes de ayer:
