Deuteronomio 14

1IHR seid Kinder des Herrn, eures Gottes. Ihr sollt euch nicht Einschnitte machen, noch euch kahlscheren über der Stirne um eines Toten willen; (a) 3Mo 19:27 28; Jer 16:6
2denn du bist ein dem Herrn, deinem Gott, geweihtes Volk, und dich hat der Herr aus allen Völkern, die auf Erden sind, für sich erwählt, dass du sein eigen seiest. (a) 2Mo 19:6; 5Mo 7:6
3Du sollst nichts Abscheuliches essen.
4Dies sind die Tiere, die ihr essen dürft: Rind, Schaf und Ziege,
5Hirsch, Gazelle, Damhirsch, Steinbock und die Antilopenarten,
6und alle Tiere, die gespaltene Klauen, und zwar zwei ganz durchgespaltene Klauen, haben und Wiederkäuer sind unter den Tieren, die dürft ihr essen.
7Doch dürft ihr von denen, die wiederkäuen, und von denen, die ganz gespaltene Klauen haben, folgende nicht essen: das Kamel, den Hasen, den Klippdachs - denn sie sind zwar Wiederkäuer, haben aber keine ganz gespaltenen Klauen; als unrein sollen sie euch gelten -
8und das Schwein; denn es hat zwar gespaltene Klauen, und zwar ganz durchgespaltene Klauen, ist aber kein Wiederkäuer; als unrein soll es euch gelten. Von ihrem Fleisch dürft ihr nicht essen, und ihren Leichnam dürft ihr nicht berühren.
9Dies ist's, was ihr essen dürft von allem, was im Wasser lebt: alles, was Flossen und Schuppen hat, dürft ihr essen.
10Was aber keine Flossen und Schuppen hat, dürft ihr nicht essen; als unrein soll es euch gelten.
11Alle reinen Vögel dürft ihr essen.
12Diese aber sind es, von denen ihr nicht essen dürft: der Adler, der Lämmergeier, der Bartgeier,
13die Weihe und die Falkenarten,
14alle Rabenarten,
15der Strauss, die Ohreule, die Möwe und die Habichtarten,
16das Käuzchen, der Uhu und die Eule,
17der Pelikan, der Aasgeier und der Sturzpelikan,
18der Storch, die Reiherarten, der Wiedehopf und die Fledermaus.
19Und alles geflügelte Geziefer soll euch als unrein gelten; es darf nicht gegessen werden.
20Alle reinen geflügelten Tiere dürft ihr essen.
21Von irgendeinem Tierleichnam dürft ihr nicht essen; dem Fremdling, der an deinem Orte wohnt, magst du es zum Essen überlassen oder es einem Ausländer verkaufen; denn du bist ein dem Herrn, deinem Gott, geweihtes Volk. Du darfst ein Böcklein nicht in der Milch seiner Mutter kochen. (a) 3Mo 17:15; 2Mo 22:30; 23:19
22VERZEHNTEN sollst du allen Ertrag deiner Saat, was auf dem Felde wächst, Jahr für Jahr, (a) 3Mo 27:30
23und sollst vor dem Herrn, deinem Gott, an der Stätte, die er erwählt, dass er seinen Namen daselbst wohnen lasse, den Zehnten deines Korns, deines Weins und deines Öls essen, ebenso die Erstgeburt von deinen Rindern und deinen Schafen, auf dass du den Herrn, deinen Gott, allezeit fürchten lernest. 24Wenn dir aber der Weg zu weit ist, dass du es nicht hintragen kannst, und die Stätte, die der Herr, dein Gott, erwählt, dass er seinen Namen dorthin lege, dir zu ferne ist, wenn der Herr, dein Gott, dich segnet,
25so setze es in Geld um, nimm das Geld zur Hand und gehe an die Stätte, die der Herr, dein Gott, erwählt;
26dann kaufe für das Geld, wonach nur dein Herz gelüstet: Rinder, Schafe, Wein, starkes Getränke und was sonst dein Herz begehrt, und iss daselbst vor dem Herrn, deinem Gott, und sei fröhlich, du und dein Haus.
27Den Leviten aber, der an deinem Orte wohnt, sollst du nicht verlassen; denn er hat keinen Anteil und Erbbesitz neben dir. (a) 5Mo 12:12 19
28Am Ende jedes dritten Jahres sollst du den ganzen Zehnten deines Ertrages von jenem Jahre herausgeben und in deinem Orte niederlegen;
29dann mag der Levit, der ja keinen Anteil und Erbbesitz neben dir hat, der Fremdling, die Waise und die Witwe, die an deinem Orte wohnen, kommen und sich satt essen, auf dass der Herr, dein Gott, dich bei aller Arbeit deiner Hände segne, die du tust. (a) 5Mo 16:11 14; 26:11 12

1HIJOS sois de Jehová vuestro Dios: no os sajaréis, ni pondréis calva sobre vuestros ojos por muerto;
2Porque eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios, y Jehová te ha escogido para que le seas un pueblo singular de entre todos los pueblos que están sobre la haz de la tierra.
3Nada abominable comerás.
4Estos son los animales que comeréis: el buey, la oveja, y la cabra,
5El ciervo, el corzo, y el búfalo, y el cabrío salvaje, y el unicornio, y buey salvaje, y cabra montés.
6Y todo animal de pezuñas, que tiene hendidura de dos uñas, y que rumiare entre los animales, ese comeréis.
7Empero estos no comeréis de los que rumian, ó tienen uña hendida: camello, y liebre, y conejo, porque rumian, mas no tienen uña hendida, os serán inmundos;
8Ni puerco: porque tiene uña hendida, mas no rumia, os será inmundo. De la carne de éstos no comeréis, ni tocaréis sus cuerpos muertos.
9Esto comeréis de todo lo que está en el agua: todo lo que tiene aleta y escama comeréis;
10Mas todo lo que no tuviere aleta y escama, no comeréis: inmundo os será.
11Toda ave limpia comeréis.
12Y estas son de las que no comeréis: el águila, y el azor, y el esmerejón,
13Y el ixio, y el buitre, y el milano según su especie,
14Y todo cuervo según su especie,
15Y el buho, y la lechuza, y el cuclillo, y el halcón según su especie,
16Y el herodión, y el cisne, y el ibis,
17Y el somormujo, y el calamón, y el corvejón,
18Y la cigüeña, y la garza según su especie, y la abubilla, y el murciélago.
19Y todo reptil alado os será inmundo: no se comerá.
20Toda ave limpia comeréis.
21Ninguna cosa mortecina comeréis: al extranjero que está en tus poblaciones la darás, y él la comerá: ó véndela al extranjero; porque tú eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios. No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre.
22Indispensablemente diezmarás todo el producto de tu simiente, que rindiere el campo cada un año.
23Y comerás delante de Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que él escogiere para hacer habitar allí su nombre, el diezmo de tu grano, de tu vino, y de tu aceite, y los primerizos de tus manadas, y de tus ganados, para que aprendas á temer á Jehová tu Dios todos los días.
24Y si el camino fuere tan largo que tú no puedas llevarlo por él, por estar lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová tu Dios hubiere escogido para poner en él su nombre, cuando Jehová tu Dios te bendijere,
25Entonces venderlo has, y atarás el dinero en tu mano, y vendrás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere;
26Y darás el dinero por todo lo que deseare tu alma, por vacas, ó por ovejas, ó por vino, ó por sidra, ó por cualquier cosa que tu alma te demandare: y comerás allí delante de Jehová tu Dios, y te alegrarás tú y tu familia.
27Y no desampararás al Levita que habitare en tus poblaciones; porque no tiene parte ni heredad contigo.
28Al cabo de cada tres años sacarás todo el diezmo de tus productos de aquel año, y lo guardarás en tus ciudades:
29Y vendrá el Levita, que no tiene parte ni heredad contigo, y el extranjero, y el huérfano, y la viuda, que hubiere en tus poblaciones, y comerán y serán saciados; para que Jehová tu Dios te bendiga en toda obra de tus manos que hicieres.

1Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.
2For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
3Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.
4These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,
5The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.
6And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.
7Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.
8And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.
9These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:
10And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.
11Of all clean birds ye shall eat.
12But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,
13And the glede, and the kite, and the vulture after his kind,
14And every raven after his kind,
15And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
16The little owl, and the great owl, and the swan,
17And the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the cormorant,
18And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
19And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.
20But of all clean fowls ye may eat.
21Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk.
22Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
23And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
24And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:
25Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:
26And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
27And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
28At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
29And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

1You are the children of the LORD your God. You shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.
2For you are a holy people to the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth.
3You shall not eat any abominable thing.
4These are the animals which you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,
5the deer, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope, and the chamois.
6Every animal that parts the hoof, and has the hoof split in two and chews the cud, among the animals, you may eat.
7Nevertheless these you shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of those who have the hoof split: the camel, the hare, and the rabbit. Because they chew the cud but don’t part the hoof, they are unclean to you.
8The pig, because it has a split hoof but doesn’t chew the cud, is unclean to you. You shall not eat their meat. You shall not touch their carcasses.
9These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat whatever has fins and scales.
10You shall not eat whatever doesn’t have fins and scales. It is unclean to you.
11Of all clean birds you may eat.
12But these are they of which you shall not eat: the eagle, the vulture, the osprey,
13the red kite, the falcon, the kite of any kind,
14every raven of any kind,
15the ostrich, the owl, the seagull, the hawk of any kind,
16the little owl, the great owl, the horned owl,
17the pelican, the vulture, the cormorant,
18the stork, the heron after its kind, the hoopoe, and the bat.
19All winged creeping things are unclean to you. They shall not be eaten.
20Of all clean birds you may eat.
21You shall not eat of anything that dies of itself. You may give it to the foreigner living among you who is within your gates, that he may eat it; or you may sell it to a foreigner; for you are a holy people to the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.
22You shall surely tithe all the increase of your seed, that which comes out of the field year by year.
23You shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he chooses to cause his name to dwell, the tithe of your grain, of your new wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.
24If the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it because the place which the LORD your God shall choose to set his name there is too far from you, when the LORD your God blesses you,
25then you shall turn it into money, bind up the money in your hand, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose.
26You shall trade the money for whatever your soul desires: for cattle, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever your soul asks of you. You shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.
27You shall not forsake the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no portion nor inheritance with you.
28At the end of every three years you shall bring all the tithe of your increase in the same year, and shall store it within your gates.
29The Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, as well as the foreigner living among you, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your gates shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.
