17Sonst entbrennt des Herrn Zorn gegen euch, und er sperrt den Himmel. Kein Regen fällt, und die Scholle gibt ihre Ernte nicht mehr. Dann schwindet ihr rasch aus dem schönen Lande, das der Herr euch gibt.

17Y así se encienda el furor de Jehová sobre vosotros, y cierre los cielos, y no haya lluvia, ni la tierra dé su fruto, y perezcáis presto de la buena tierra que os da Jehová.

17And then the LORD’s wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.
