17Telle est la sentence du veillant et la parole des saints, afin que les vivants sachent que le Seigneur est le dominateur du royaume des hommes, et qu'il le donne à qui bon lui semblera, et qu'il élèvera pour le gouverner celui qui est en mépris parmi les hommes.

17La sentencia es por decreto de los vigilantes, y por dicho de los santos la demanda: para que conozcan los vivientes que el Altísimo se enseñorea del reino de los hombres, y que á quien él quiere lo da, y constituye sobre él al más bajo de los hombres.
