14Solches ist im Rat der Wachter beschlossen und im Gesprach der Heiligen beratschlaget, auf daß die Lebendigen erkennen, daß der Hochste Gewalt hat uber der Menschen Konigreiche und gibt sie, wem er will, und erhohet die Niedrigen zu denselbigen.
