15So hob er an und sprach zu Arioch, dem königlichen Obersten: "Aus welchem Anlaß ist vom König solch ein schrecklicher Befehl ergangen?" Auf dies hin sagte Arioch dem Daniel den Sachverhalt.

15He answered and said to Arioch the king’s captain, Why is the decree so hasty from the king? Then Arioch made the thing known to Daniel.
