Amós 5

Pues Yo sé la multitud de vuestros crímenes y cuan graves pecados habéis cometido vosotros, que oprimís al justo, aceptáis cohecho y torcéis (el derecho) de los pobres ante los tribunales.

Porque sabido he vuestras muchas rebeliones, y vuestros grandes pecados: que afligen al justo, y reciben cohecho, y á los pobres en la puerta hacen perder su causa.

For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.

For I know how many are your offenses, and how great are your sins— you who afflict the just, who take a bribe, and who turn away the needy in the courts.
