Amós 4

Udite questa parola, voi grasse vacche del monte di Samaria, voi che opprimete i deboli, e straziate i poveri, voi, che dite a' vostri padroni: Portate, e beremo.

OID esta palabra, vacas de Basán, que estáis en el monte de Samaria, que oprimís los pobres, que quebrantáis los menesterosos, que decís á sus señores: Traed, y beberemos.

Hear this word, ye kine of Bashan, that are in the mountain of Samaria, which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.

Listen to this word, you cows of Bashan, who are on the mountain of Samaria, who oppress the poor, who crush the needy, who tell their husbands, “Bring us drinks!”

Il Signore ha giurato per la sua santità, ecco che viene il tempo per voi, in cui v'infilzeranno nelle aste, e il resto sarà messo nelle bollenti caldaie.

El Señor Jehová juró por su santidad: He aquí, vienen días sobre vosotros en que os llevará en anzuelos, y á vuestros descendientes en barquillos de pescador.

The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

The Lord GOD has sworn by his holiness, “Behold, the days shall come on you that they will take you away with hooks, and the last of you with fish hooks.

E per le brecce uscirete l'una da una parte, l'altra dall'altra, e sarete gettate nel paese di Armon, dice il Signore.

Y saldrán por los portillos la una en pos de la otra, y seréis echadas del palacio, dice Jehová.

And ye shall go out at the breaches, every cow at that which is before her; and ye shall cast them into the palace, saith the LORD.

You will go out at the breaks in the wall, everyone straight before her; and you will cast yourselves into Harmon,” says the LORD.

Andate a Bethel a fare delle empietà: a Galgala a moltiplicare le prevaricazioni: conducetevi al mattino le vostre vittime, e le vostre decime nei tre giorni.

Id á Beth-el, y prevaricad; en Gilgal aumentad la rebelión, y traed de mañana vuestros sacrificios, y vuestros diezmos cada tres años;

Come to Beth-el, and transgress; at Gilgal multiply transgression; and bring your sacrifices every morning, and your tithes after three years:

“Go to Bethel, and sin; to Gilgal, and sin more. Bring your sacrifices every morning, your tithes every three days,

E offerite sagrifizio di laude col fermentato, e annunziate, e fate note le obblazioni volontarie, dacché così a voi piace, o figliuoli d'Israele, dice il Signore Dio.

Y ofreced sacrificio de alabanza con leudo, y pregonad, publicad voluntarias ofrendas; pues que así lo queréis, hijos de Israel, dice el Señor Jehová.

And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving of that which is leavened, and proclaim free will offerings and brag about them; for this pleases you, you children of Israel,” says the Lord GOD.

Per la qual cosa ho io fatto sì, che si allegassero a voi i denti in tutte le vostre città: e che il pane mancasse in tutto il vostro paese: ma voi però non siete tornati a me, dice il Signore.

Yo también os dí limpieza de dientes en todas vuestras ciudades, y falta de pan en todos vuestros pueblos: mas no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

“I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and lack of bread in every town; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.

Io pure impedii, che non venisse a voi la pioggia, quando tre mesi ancor rimanevano sino alla mietitura: e feci piovere in una città, e in un'altra non feci piovere: una parte fu rinfrescata, e un'altra parte pati l'asciuttore, perch'io non le diedi la pioggia.

Y también yo os detuve la lluvia tres meses antes de la siega: é hice llover sobre una ciudad, y sobre otra ciudad no hice llover: sobre una parte llovió; la parte sobre la cual no llovió, secóse.

And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.

“I also have withheld the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain on one city, and caused it not to rain on another city. One field was rained on, and the field where it didn’t rain withered.

E due, e tre città concorsero ad una per aver acqua da bere, e non si dissetarono; ma voi non tornaste a me, dice il Signore.

Y venían dos ó tres ciudades á una ciudad para beber agua, y no se hartaban: con todo no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

So two or three cities staggered to one city to drink water, and were not satisfied; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.

Vi afflissi co' venti secchi, e colle ruggini. I molti vostri giardini, e le vostre vigne, e i vostri uliveti, e i luoghi piantati di fichi furon divorati dall'eruca; ma voi non tornaste a me, dice il Signore.

Os herí con viento solano y oruga; vuestros muchos huertos y vuestras viñas, y vuestros higuerales y vuestros olivares comió la langosta: pero nunca os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

“I struck you with blight and mildew many times in your gardens and your vineyards, and the swarming locusts have devoured your fig trees and your olive trees; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.

Mandai la morte sopra di voi nel la strada d'Egitto, feci perire di spada la vostra gioventù, e gli stessi vostri cavalli furono presi: feci giungere al vostro odorato il fetore della putredine del vostro campo, e voi non tornaste a me, dice il Signore.

Envié entre vosotros mortandad al modo que en Egipto: maté á cuchillo vuestros mancebos, con cautiverio de vuestros caballos; é hice subir el hedor de vuestros reales hasta vuestras narices: empero no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

“I sent plagues among you like I did Egypt. I have slain your young men with the sword, and have carried away your horses. I filled your nostrils with the stench of your camp, yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.

Io vi ho messi a terra, come Dio messe a terra Sodoma, e Gomorra, e siete rimasi come un tizzone levato dal fuoco ardente, e voi non tornaste a me, dice il Signore.

Trastornéos, como cuando Dios trastornó á Sodoma y á Gomorra, y fuisteis como tizón escapado del fuego: mas no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.

I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

“I have overthrown some of you, as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and you were like a burning stick plucked out of the fire; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.

Queste cose adunque farò io a te, o Israele; ma quando le avrò fatte a te, preparati, o Israele, per andar in contro al tuo Dio:

Por tanto, de esta manera haré á ti, oh Israel: y porque te he de hacer esto, aparéjate para venir al encuentro á tu Dios, oh Israel.

Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.

“Therefore I will do this to you, Israel; because I will do this to you, prepare to meet your God, Israel.

Perocché eccoti colui, che forma i monti, e crea i venti, il quale annunzia agli uomini la sua parola, egli, che produce la nebbia del mattino, e cammina sopra i luoghi più alti della terra, il suo nome egli è, il Signore Dio degli eserciti. Piange le future calamità d'Israele, e lo esorta a cercare il Signore, affinchè possa schivare i meritati gastighi. Il Signore ha in odio le loro solennità, e i lor sagrifizj.

Porque he aquí, el que forma los montes, y cría el viento, y denuncia al hombre su pensamiento; el que hace á las tinieblas mañana, y pasa sobre las alturas de la tierra; Jehová, Dios de los ejércitos, es su nombre.

For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.

For, behold, he who forms the mountains, creates the wind, declares to man what is his thought, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the high places of the earth: The LORD, the God of Armies, is his name.”
