OID esta palabra, vacas de Basán, que estáis en el monte de Samaria, que oprimís los pobres, que quebrantáis los menesterosos, que decís á sus señores: Traed, y beberemos.
Hear this word, ye kine of Bashan, that are in the mountain of Samaria, which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.
Listen to this word, you cows of Bashan, who are on the mountain of Samaria, who oppress the poor, who crush the needy, who tell their husbands, “Bring us drinks!”
El Señor Yahvé ha jurado por su santidad: «He aquí que vendrán días sobre vosotras en que os llevarán con garfios, y a las últimas de vosotras con anzuelos de pesca.
El Señor Jehová juró por su santidad: He aquí, vienen días sobre vosotros en que os llevará en anzuelos, y á vuestros descendientes en barquillos de pescador.
The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

Come to Beth-el, and transgress; at Gilgal multiply transgression; and bring your sacrifices every morning, and your tithes after three years:

Ofreced sacrificio de acción de gracias con pan leudado, y proclamad ofrendas voluntarias; haced que se oigan, porque esto os agrada, hijos de Israel», dice el Señor Yahvé.
Y ofreced sacrificio de alabanza con leudo, y pregonad, publicad voluntarias ofrendas; pues que así lo queréis, hijos de Israel, dice el Señor Jehová.
And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

«También yo os hice tener los dientes limpios en todas vuestras ciudades, y falta de pan en todos vuestros pueblos; pero no habéis vuelto a mí», dice Yahvé.
Yo también os dí limpieza de dientes en todas vuestras ciudades, y falta de pan en todos vuestros pueblos: mas no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.
And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
“I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and lack of bread in every town; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.
«También yo os retiré la lluvia cuando aún faltaban tres meses para la siega; hice llover sobre una ciudad, y sobre otra ciudad no hice llover. Un campo recibió lluvia, y el campo donde no llovió se secó.
Y también yo os detuve la lluvia tres meses antes de la siega: é hice llover sobre una ciudad, y sobre otra ciudad no hice llover: sobre una parte llovió; la parte sobre la cual no llovió, secóse.
And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
“I also have withheld the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest; and I caused it to rain on one city, and caused it not to rain on another city. One field was rained on, and the field where it didn’t rain withered.
Así que de dos o tres ciudades iban a una sola para beber agua, y no se saciaban; pero no habéis vuelto a mí», dice Yahvé.
Y venían dos ó tres ciudades á una ciudad para beber agua, y no se hartaban: con todo no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.
So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
So two or three cities staggered to one city to drink water, and were not satisfied; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.
«Os herí muchas veces con el tizón y el moho en vuestros huertos y viñedos, y la langosta devoró vuestras higueras y vuestros olivos; pero no habéis vuelto a mí», dice Yahvé.
Os herí con viento solano y oruga; vuestros muchos huertos y vuestras viñas, y vuestros higuerales y vuestros olivares comió la langosta: pero nunca os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.
I have smitten you with blasting and mildew: when your gardens and your vineyards and your fig trees and your olive trees increased, the palmerworm devoured them: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
“I struck you with blight and mildew many times in your gardens and your vineyards, and the swarming locusts have devoured your fig trees and your olive trees; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.
«Envié contra vosotros la peste, como hice en Egipto. Maté a espada a vuestros jóvenes y dejé que se llevaran vuestros caballos. Hice que el hedor de vuestro campamento subiera a vuestras narices, pero no habéis vuelto a mí», dice Yahvé.
Envié entre vosotros mortandad al modo que en Egipto: maté á cuchillo vuestros mancebos, con cautiverio de vuestros caballos; é hice subir el hedor de vuestros reales hasta vuestras narices: empero no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.
I have sent among you the pestilence after the manner of Egypt: your young men have I slain with the sword, and have taken away your horses; and I have made the stink of your camps to come up unto your nostrils: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
“I sent plagues among you like I did Egypt. I have slain your young men with the sword, and have carried away your horses. I filled your nostrils with the stench of your camp, yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.
«Os trastorné a algunos de vosotros, como cuando Dios destruyó a Sodoma y a Gomorra, y fuisteis como un tizón arrebatado del incendio; pero no habéis vuelto a mí», dice Yahvé.
Trastornéos, como cuando Dios trastornó á Sodoma y á Gomorra, y fuisteis como tizón escapado del fuego: mas no os tornasteis á mí, dice Jehová.
I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
“I have overthrown some of you, as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and you were like a burning stick plucked out of the fire; yet you haven’t returned to me,” says the LORD.
«Por tanto, así haré contigo, Israel; y porque te he de hacer esto, prepárate para encontrarte con tu Dios, Israel».
Por tanto, de esta manera haré á ti, oh Israel: y porque te he de hacer esto, aparéjate para venir al encuentro á tu Dios, oh Israel.
Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.
“Therefore I will do this to you, Israel; because I will do this to you, prepare to meet your God, Israel.
Porque, he aquí, el que forma los montes y crea el viento, el que manifiesta al hombre su pensamiento, el que convierte la aurora en tinieblas y pisa las alturas de la tierra: Yahvé, el Dios de los Ejércitos, es su nombre.
Porque he aquí, el que forma los montes, y cría el viento, y denuncia al hombre su pensamiento; el que hace á las tinieblas mañana, y pasa sobre las alturas de la tierra; Jehová, Dios de los ejércitos, es su nombre.
For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.
For, behold, he who forms the mountains, creates the wind, declares to man what is his thought, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the high places of the earth: The LORD, the God of Armies, is his name.”
