Queste cose dice il Signore: Dopo le tre scelleraggini di Moab, e dopo le quattro noi richiamerò, perchè egli ha abbruciate le ossa del re di Edom, riducendolo in cenere.
ASÍ ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Moab, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque quemó los huesos del rey de Idumea hasta tornarlos en cal.
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Moab, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime:
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Moab, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime;
Or io manderò fuoco contro di Moab, il quale divorerà le case di Carioth, e Moab perirà con fracasso, e al suono della tromba.
Y meteré fuego en Moab, y consumirá los palacios de Chêrioth: y morirá Moab en alboroto, en estrépito y sonido de trompeta.
But I will send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kerioth: and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet:

E sperderò di mezzo a lui il giudice, e ucciderò con esso tutti i suoi principi, dice il Signore.
Y quitaré el juez de en medio de él, y mataré con él á todos sus príncipes, dice Jehová.
And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD.

Queste cose dice il Signore: Dopo le tre scelleraggini di Giuda, e dopo le quattro io nol richiamerò, perchè egli ha rigettata la legge del Signore, e non ha osservati i suoi comandamenti; perocché lo hanno sedotto i suoi idoli, dietro a' quali andarono i padri loro.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Judá, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque menospreciaron la ley de Jehová, y no guardaron sus ordenanzas; é hiciéronlos errar sus mentiras, en pos de las cuales anduvieron sus padres.
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Judah, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have rejected the LORD’s law, and have not kept his statutes, and their lies have led them astray, after which their fathers walked;
Ed io manderò fuoco contro di Giuda, e divorerà le fabbriche di Gerusalemme.
Meteré por tanto fuego en Judá, el cual consumirá los palacios de Jerusalem.

Queste cose dice il Signore: Dopo le tre scelleraggini d'Israele, e dopo le quattro io nol richiamerò, perchè egli ha venduto a prezzo d'argento il giusto, e il povero per un paio di scarpe.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Israel, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque vendieron por dinero al justo, y al pobre por un par de zapatos:
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes;
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Israel, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have sold the righteous for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals;
Schiacciano nella polvere della terra le teste de' poveri, e schivano di trattare co' piccoli. Il figliuolo, e il padre si accostarono alla stessa fanciulla, disonorando il mio santo nome.
Que anhelan porque haya polvo de tierra sobre la cabeza de los pobres, y tuercen el camino de los humildes: y el hombre y su padre entraron á la misma moza, profanando mi santo nombre.
That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek: and a man and his father will go in unto the same maid, to profane my holy name:
They trample the heads of the poor into the dust of the earth and deny justice to the oppressed. A man and his father use the same maiden, to profane my holy name.
E presso a qualunque de' loro altari si adagiavano sopra le vestimenta ricevute in pegno: e nella casa del loro Dio bevevano il vino di quelli, che avevano condannati.
Y sobre las ropas empeñadas se acuestan junto á cualquier altar; y el vino de los penados beben en la casa de sus dioses.
And they lay themselves down upon clothes laid to pledge by every altar, and they drink the wine of the condemned in the house of their god.
They lay themselves down beside every altar on clothes taken in pledge. In the house of their God they drink the wine of those who have been fined.
Ma fui pur io, che sterminai dinanzi a loro gli Amorrei, l'altezza de' quali agguagliava i cedri, e la fortezza era come di una quercia: io guastai nell'alto i suoi frutti, e al basso le sue radici.
Y yo destruí delante de ellos al Amorrheo, cuya altura era como la altura de los cedros, y fuerte como un alcornoque; y destruí su fruto arriba, sus raíces abajo.

E de' vostri figliuoli scelsi i profeti, e della vostra gioventù i Nazarei. Non è egli così, o figliuoli d'Israele, dice il Signore?
Y levanté de vuestros hijos para profetas, y de vuestros mancebos para que fuesen Nazareos. ¿No es esto así, dice Jehová, hijos de Israel?
And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.
I raised up some of your sons for prophets, and some of your young men for Nazirites. Isn’t this true, you children of Israel?” says the LORD.
E voi presenterete il vino a' Nazarei, e intimerete, e direte a' profeti: Non profetate.
Mas vosotros disteis de beber vino á los Nazareos; y á los profetas mandasteis, diciendo: No profeticéis.
But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.
“But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink, and commanded the prophets, saying, ‘Don’t prophesy!’
Ecco che io sotto di voi striderò, come stride un carro sotto il peso del fieno.
Pues he aquí, yo os apretaré en vuestro lugar, como se aprieta el carro lleno de haces;
Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves.
Behold, I will crush you in your place, as a cart crushes that is full of grain.
E l'uomo snello fuggire non potrà, e il forte non conserverà sua fortezza, e il valoroso non salverà la sua vita.
Y la huída perecerá del ligero, y el fuerte no esforzará su fuerza, ni el valiente librará su vida;
Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself:
Flight will perish from the swift. The strong won’t strengthen his force. The mighty won’t deliver himself.
E quelli, che maneggiano l'arco, non si reggeranno su' piedi, e il cavaliere sul suo cavallo non potrà mettersi in salvo:
Y el que toma el arco no resistirá, ni escapará el ligero de pies, ni el que cabalga en caballo salvará su vida.
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.
He who handles the bow won’t stand. He who is swift of foot won’t escape. He who rides the horse won’t deliver himself.
E il più franco di cuore tra i campioni si fuggirà ignudo in quel giorno, dice il Signore. Rimprovera le loro scelleratezze agl'Israeliti, popolo eletto, e amato da lui, de' quali dice, che pochi si salveranno dalla tribolazione, che verrà.
El esforzado entre esforzados huirá desnudo aquel día, dice Jehová.
And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.
He who is courageous among the mighty will flee away naked on that day,” says the LORD.
