Amós 1

Die Worte des Amos, der zu Tekoas Viehzüchter gehörte und Gesichte sah zur Zeit des Judakönigs Ozias, sowie zur Zeit des Israelkönigs Jeroboam,

LAS palabras de Amós, que fué entre los pastores de Tecoa, las cuales vió acerca de Israel en días de Uzzía rey de Judá, y en días de Jeroboam hijo de Joas rey de Israel, dos años antes del terremoto.

The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.

des Joassohns, zwei Jahre vor dem Erdbeben, und der zu sagen pflegte. "Aus Sion brüllt der Herr, und seine Stimme läßt er aus Jerusalem erschallen. Dann stehn der Hirten Anger traurig, und Karmels Gipfel ist beschämt."

Y dijo: Jehová bramará desde Sión, y dará su voz desde Jerusalem; y las estancias de los pastores se enlutarán, y secaráse la cumbre del Carmelo.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

So spricht der Herr: "Des Frevels von Damaskus wegen, des drei- und vierfach schändlichen, nehm' ich es nicht zurück. Sie zogen über Gilead Eisenwalzen.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Damasco, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque trillaron á Galaad con trillos de hierro.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:

The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Damascus, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron;

Nun sende ich ein Feuer in das Haus des Asael, und fressen soll's die Schlösser Benhadads.

Y meteré fuego en la casa de Hazael, y consumirá los palacios de Benhadad.

But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Ben-hadad.

Die Riegel von Damaskus will ich jetzt zerbrechen. Vertilgen will ich die Bewohner aus dem Sündental, den Zepterträger aus dem Haus der Lust, und wandern soll nach Kir der Aramäer Volk." So spricht der Herr.

Y quebraré la barra de Damasco, y talaré los moradores de Bicath-aven, y los gobernadores de Beth-eden: y el pueblo de Aram será trasportado á Chîr, dice Jehová.

I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

So spricht der Herr: "Des Frevels Gazas wegen, des drei- und vierfach schändlichen, nehm' ich es nicht zurück. Sie haben weggeschleppt in voller Zahl Gefangene und sie an Edom ausgeliefert.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Gaza, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque llevó cautiva toda la cautividad, para entregarlos á Edom.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:

The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Gaza, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they carried away captive the whole community, to deliver them up to Edom;

Ich schleudre Feuer in die Mauern Gazas, und fressen soll es seine Burgen.

Y meteré fuego en el muro de Gaza, y quemará sus palacios.

But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:

Aus Asdod tilg ich die Bewohner, aus Askalon, wer dort das Zepter führt, und gegen Akkaron erheb ich wieder meine Hand, und untergehen soll, was von Philistern übrig ist." So spricht der Herr, der Herr.

Y talaré los moradores de Azoto, y los gobernadores de Ascalón: y tornaré mi mano sobre Ecrón, y las reliquias de los Palestinos perecerán, ha dicho el Señor Jehová.

And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.

So spricht der Herr: "Um seines Frevels willen, des drei- und vierfach schändlichen, daß Tyrus das Grenzland Salomos an Syrien ausgeliefert, nehm' ich es nicht zurück, des Bruderbundes nimmer eingedenk.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Tiro, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque entregaron la cautividad entera á Edom, y no se acordaron del concierto de hermanos.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Tyre, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment; because they delivered up the whole community to Edom, and didn’t remember the brotherly covenant;

Ich sende Feuer gen die Mauern von Tyrus, fressen soll es seine Burgen."

Y meteré fuego en el muro de Tiro, y consumirá sus palacios.

But I will send a fire on the wall of Tyrus, which shall devour the palaces thereof.

So spricht der Herr, "Des Frevels Edoms wegen, des drei- und vierfach schändlichen, nehm' ich es nicht zurück, daß dies den Bruder mit dem Schwert verfolgt, sein Mitgefühl erstickt und seinen Zorn für immer festgehalten und ewig hat genährt des Hasses Glut.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Edom, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque persiguió á cuchillo á su hermano, y rompió sus conmiseraciones; y con su furor le ha robado siempre, y ha perpetuamente guardado el enojo.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:

The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Edom, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because he pursued his brother with the sword and cast off all pity, and his anger raged continually, and he kept his wrath forever;

Ich sende Feuer wider Teman, es fresse Bosras Burgen."

Y meteré fuego en Temán, y consumirá los palacios de Bosra.

But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

So spricht der Herr: "Des Frevels Ammons wegen, des drei- und vierfach schändlichen, nehm' ich es nicht zurück, daß sie das Bergland Gileads eroberten, um ihre Grenzen zu erweitern,

Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de los hijos de Ammón, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque abrieron las preñadas de Galaad, para ensanchar su término.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border:

The LORD says: “For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have ripped open the pregnant women of Gilead, that they may enlarge their border.

ich sende Feuer gegen Rabatts Mauern, und fressen soll es seine Burgen am Kampftag unter Kriegsgeschrei, im Wettersturm am Tag des Ungewitters.

Y encenderé fuego en el muro de Rabba, y consumirá sus palacios con estruendo en día de batalla, con tempestad en día tempestuoso:

But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

Fort muß ihr König in Gefangenschaft mit seinen Fürsten insgesamt." So spricht der Herr.

Y su rey irá en cautiverio, él y sus príncipes todos, dice Jehová.

And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, saith the LORD.
