Pero un Fariseo llamado Gamaliel, un maestro de la ley, quien era honrado por todo el pueblo, se levantó y ordenó que se llevaran a los apóstoles afuera por un momento.

Entonces levantándose en el concilio un Fariseo llamado Gamaliel, doctor de la ley, venerable á todo el pueblo, mandó que sacasen fuera un poco á los apóstoles.

Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space;
