43Mas o centurião queria poupar a vida de Paulo, e não permitiu que executassem seu plano. Então ordenou que todos os que sabiam nadar saltassem ao mar e fossem para a terra.

43But the centurion, willing to save Paul, kept them from their purpose; and commanded that they which could swim should cast themselves first into the sea, and get to land:
