E fu detto al re David, come il Signore avea benedetto Obededom, e tutte le cose sue per riguardo all'arca di Dio. Andò adunque David, e condusse l'arca di Dio dalla casa di Obededom, nella città di David con gaudio: e David avea seco sette cori (di musici), e un vitello da immolare.
Y fué dado aviso al rey David, diciendo: Jehová ha bendecido la casa de Obed-edom, y todo lo que tiene, á causa del arca de Dios. Entonces David fué, y trajo el arca de Dios de casa de Obed-edom á la ciudad de David con alegría.
And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the city of David with gladness.
King David was told, “The LORD has blessed the house of Obed-Edom, and all that belongs to him, because of God’s ark.” So David went and brought up God’s ark from the house of Obed-Edom into David’s city with joy.
