Dann baute David dem Herrn dort einen Altar und brachte Brandopfer und Heilsopfer dar; und der Herr liess sich für das Land erbitten, und der Seuche ward Einhalt getan in Israel.

Y edificó allí David un altar á Jehová, y sacrificó holocaustos y pacíficos; y Jehová se aplacó con la tierra, y cesó la plaga de Israel.

And David built there an altar unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was intreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.
