10Entonces Rizpa hija de Aja tomó una manta de luto y la extendió sobre la roca. Allí se quedó desde el inicio de la cosecha hasta que empezaron las lluvias de otoño. No dejaba que los buitres se acercaran a los cuerpos de día, ni que los animales salvajes los tocaran de noche.

10Tomando luego Rispa hija de Aja un saco, tendióselo sobre un peñasco, desde el principio de la siega hasta que llovió sobre ellos agua del cielo; y no dejó á ninguna ave del cielo asentarse sobre ellos de día, ni bestias del campo de noche.

10And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped upon them out of heaven, and suffered neither the birds of the air to rest on them by day, nor the beasts of the field by night.
