1Hubo también hambre en tiempo de David por tres años continuos; sobre lo cual consultó David el oráculo del Señor. Y le respondió el Señor: Esto sucede por causa de Saúl y de su casa sanguinaria; porque mató él a los gabaonitas.

1Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites.
