Or Assalonne unto da noi per nostro re è morto nella battaglia: sino a quando vi state mutoli, e non fate tornare il re?

Y Absalom, á quien habíamos ungido sobre nosotros, es muerto en la batalla. ¿Por qué pues os estáis ahora quedos en orden á hacer volver al rey?
