Ellos tomaron a Absalón y lo echaron dentro de un pozo grande en el bosque; enterraron su cuerpo debajo de un montón de piedras, mientras todo Israel escapaba cada hombre a su propio hogar.

Tomando después á Absalom, echáronle en un gran hoyo en el bosque, y levantaron sobre él un muy grande montón de piedras; y todo Israel huyó, cada uno á sus estancias.
