2 Samuel 15

Au bout de quatre ans, Absalom dit au roi : « Permets, je te prie, que j’aille à Hébron pour m’acquitter du vœu que j’ai fait à Yahweh.

Y al cabo de cuarenta años aconteció que Absalom dijo al rey: Yo te ruego me permitas que vaya á Hebrón, á pagar mi voto que he prometido á Jehová:

And it came to pass after forty years, that Absalom said unto the king, I pray thee, let me go and pay my vow, which I have vowed unto the LORD, in Hebron.

At the end of forty years, Absalom said to the king, “Please let me go and pay my vow, which I have vowed to the LORD, in Hebron.
