2 Samuel 12

Et ses serviteurs lui dirent : Quelle est donc ta manière d'agir ? Tant que vivait l'enfant, tu jeûnais et pleurais, et aussitôt après la mort de l'enfant tu te lèves et prends de la nourriture !

Y dijéronle sus siervos: ¿Qué es esto que has hecho? Por el niño, viviendo aún, ayunabas y llorabas; y él muerto, levantástete y comiste pan.

Then said his servants unto him, What thing is this that thou hast done? thou didst fast and weep for the child, while it was alive; but when the child was dead, thou didst rise and eat bread.

Then his servants said to him, “What is this that you have done? You fasted and wept for the child while he was alive, but when the child was dead, you rose up and ate bread.”
