2 Samuel 11

Indi disse David ad Uria: Va a casa tua, e lavati i piedi. E Uria uscì dalla casa reale, e gli furon portate appresso delle vivande del re.

Después dijo David á Uría: Desciende á tu casa, y lava tus pies. Y saliendo Uría de casa del rey, vino tras de él comida real.

And David said to Uriah, Go down to thy house, and wash thy feet. And Uriah departed out of the king’s house, and there followed him a mess of meat from the king.

David said to Uriah, “Go down to your house and wash your feet.” Uriah departed out of the king’s house, and a gift from the king was sent after him.
