Then said they one to another—Not a right thing, are, we, doing. This day, is, a day of good tidings, and, we, are holding our peace, if we tarry until the light of the morning, there will come upon us, some misfortune,—Now, therefore, come and let us go in, and tell the household of the king.
Y dijéronse el uno al otro: No hacemos bien: hoy es día de buena nueva, y nosotros callamos: y si esperamos hasta la luz de la mañana, nos alcanzará la maldad. Vamos pues ahora, entremos, y demos la nueva en casa del rey.
Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.
Then they said to one another, “We aren’t doing right. Today is a day of good news, and we keep silent. If we wait until the morning light, punishment will overtake us. Now therefore come, let’s go and tell the king’s household.”
