17Or, le roi avait placé devant la porte le grand officier, sur le bras duquel il s'appuyait habituellement ; et le peuple le foula aux pieds devant la porte, et il mourut, comme le lui avait dit l'homme de Dieu, quand il était venu auprès de lui comme messager du roi.

17And the king appointed the lord on whose hand he leaned to have the charge of the gate: and the people trode upon him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God had said, who spake when the king came down to him.
