2Da ließ Gott der HERR die Kriegsscharen der Chaldäer und der Syrer sowie die Scharen der Moabiter und der Ammoniter gegen ihn heranziehen; die ließ er in Juda einfallen, um es zugrunde zu richten, gemäß der Drohung, die der HERR durch den Mund seiner Knechte, der Propheten, hatte aussprechen lassen.
