Forse il Signore Dio tuo avrà posto mente a tutti i discorsi di Rabsace mandato dal re degli Assiri suo signore ad oltraggiare il Dio vivente, e a vituperarlo colle parole, le quali il Signore Dio tuo ha sentite: fa adunque orazione per gli avanzi, che restano.
Quizá oirá Jehová tu Dios todas las palabras de Rabsaces, al cual el rey de los Asirios su señor ha enviado para injuriar al Dios vivo, y á vituperar con palabras, las cuales Jehová tu Dios ha oído: por tanto, eleva oración por las reliquias que aun se hallan.
It may be the LORD thy God will hear all the words of Rab-shakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to reproach the living God; and will reprove the words which the LORD thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up thy prayer for the remnant that are left.
