Und der Herr war mit ihm; in allem, was er unternahm, hatte er Glück. Er wurde auch abtrünnig vom König von Assyrien und blieb ihm nicht untertan.

Y Jehová fué con él; y en todas las cosas á que salía prosperaba. El se rebeló contra el rey de Asiria, y no le sirvió.

And the LORD was with him; and he prospered whithersoever he went forth: and he rebelled against the king of Assyria, and served him not.

The LORD was with him. Wherever he went, he prospered. He rebelled against the king of Assyria, and didn’t serve him.
