12Ele assim o fez porque eles não obedeceram à voz de Yahweh, seu Deus, mas transgrediram Sua aliança, tudo o que Moisés, servo de Yahweh, havia ordenado. Eles se recusaram a ouvir ou fazer.

12Because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD their God, but transgressed his covenant, and all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded, and would not hear them, nor do them.
