27Da erließ der König von Assyrien folgenden Befehl: »Laßt einen von den Priestern, die ihr von dort weggeführt habt, dorthin zurückkehren; der soll sich dorthin begeben und dort wohnen und sie in der dem Landesgott gebührenden Verehrung unterweisen!«

27Then the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.
