15Als er nun von dannen weiterzog, stieß er auf Jonadab, den Sohn Rechabs, der ihm entgegenkam. Da grüßte er ihn und sprach zu ihm: Bist du aufrichtig gegen mich gesinnt, wie ich gegen dich? Jonadab antwortete: Gewiß! Da sprach Jehu: Wenn dem so ist, so gieb mir deine Hand! Da gab er ihm seine Hand; und er ließ ihn zu sich auf den Wagen steigen

15Partiéndose luego de allí encontróse con Jonadab hijo de Rechâb; y después que lo hubo saludado, díjole: ¿Es recto tu corazón, como el mío es recto con el tuyo? Y Jonadab dijo: Lo es. Pues que lo es, dame la mano. Y él le dió su mano. Hízolo luego subir consigo en el carro.

15And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him: and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thine heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thine hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

15When he had departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him.
