Nosotros sabemos que si la morada terrenal en la que vivimos es destruida, nosotros tenemos un edificio de Dios. Es una casa no hecha por manos humanas, sino una casa eterna, en el cielo.
PORQUE sabemos, que si la casa terrestre de nuestra habitación se deshiciere, tenemos de Dios un edificio, una casa no hecha de manos, eterna en los cielos.
For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
Porque en esta tienda nosotros gemimos, deseando estar vestidos con nuestra morada celestial.
Y por esto también gemimos, deseando ser sobrevestidos de aquella nuestra habitación celestial;
For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
For most certainly in this we groan, longing to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven,
Nosotros anhelamos esto porque al ponérnosla no seremos hallados desnudos.
Puesto que en verdad habremos sido hallados vestidos, y no desnudos.
If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
if indeed being clothed, we will not be found naked.
Porque ciertamente, mientras nosotros estamos en esta tienda, gemimos, siendo agobiados. Nosotros no queremos estar desvestidos. Por el contrario, queremos estar vestidos, de manera que lo que es mortal pueda ser absorbido por la vida.
Porque asimismo los que estamos en este tabernáculo, gemimos agravados; porque no quisiéramos ser desnudados, sino sobrevestidos, para que lo mortal sea absorbido por la vida.
For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
For indeed we who are in this tent do groan, being burdened, not that we desire to be unclothed, but that we desire to be clothed, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
El que nos preparó para esto mismo es Dios, Quien nos dio el Espíritu como una promesa de lo que está por venir.
Mas el que nos hizo para esto mismo, es Dios; el cual nos ha dado la prenda del Espíritu.
Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
Now he who made us for this very thing is God, who also gave to us the down payment of the Spirit.
Por lo tanto, siempre estén confiados. Estén conscientes de que mientras habitamos en el cuerpo, nosotros estamos alejados del Señor.
Así que vivimos confiados siempre, y sabiendo, que entre tanto que estamos en el cuerpo, peregrinamos ausentes del Señor;
Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

Porque nosotros caminamos por fe, no por vista.
(Porque por fe andamos, no por vista;)
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Así que nosotros tenemos confianza. Nosotros preferiríamos estar fuera del cuerpo y presentes con el Señor.
Mas confiamos, y más quisiéramos partir del cuerpo, y estar presentes al Señor.
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
We are courageous, I say, and are willing rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.
Así que nosotros lo hacemos nuestra meta, estemos nosotros presentes o ausentes, el complacerlo a Él.
Por tanto procuramos también, ó ausentes, ó presentes, serle agradables:
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
Therefore also we make it our aim, whether at home or absent, to be well pleasing to him.
Porque todos nosotros debemos comparecer frente al tribunal de Cristo, para que cada uno pueda recibir lo merecido por las cosas hechas en el cuerpo, sea para bien o para mal.
Porque es menester que todos nosotros parezcamos ante el tribunal de Cristo, para que cada uno reciba según lo que hubiere hecho por medio del cuerpo, ora sea bueno ó malo.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
For we must all be revealed before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may receive the things in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
Por lo tanto, conociendo el temor del Señor, nosotros persuadimos a la gente. Lo que somos es claramente visto por Dios. Yo espero que también esté claro a la consciencia de ustedes.
Estando pues poseídos del temor del Señor, persuadimos á los hombres, mas á Dios somos manifiestos; y espero que también en vuestras conciencias somos manifiestos.
Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
Knowing therefore the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are revealed to God, and I hope that we are revealed also in your consciences.
Nosotros no estamos tratando de persuadirlos a ustedes otra vez de que nos vean como personas sinceras. Por lo contrario, nosotros les estamos dando una razón para sentirse orgullosos de nosotros, para que ustedes tengan una respuesta para aquellos que se jactan acerca de las apariencias, pero no acerca de lo que está en el corazón.
No nos encomendamos pues otra vez á vosotros, sino os damos ocasión de gloriaros por nosotros, para que tengáis qué responder contra los que se glorían en las apariencias, y no en el corazón.
For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
For we are not commending ourselves to you again, but speak as giving you occasion of boasting on our behalf, that you may have something to answer those who boast in appearance and not in heart.
Porque si nosotros estamos locos, esto es para Dios. Y si nosotros estamos cuerdos, es para el beneficio de ustedes.
Porque si loqueamos, es para Dios; y si estamos en seso, es para vosotros.
For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause.
For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God. Or if we are of sober mind, it is for you.
Porque el amor de Cristo nos obliga, porque nosotros estamos seguros de esto: que una Persona murió por todos, y que, por lo tanto, todos han muerto.
Porque el amor de Cristo nos constriñe, pensando esto: Que si uno murió por todos, luego todos son muertos;
For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
For the love of Christ compels us; because we judge thus: that one died for all, therefore all died.
Él murió por todos, para que aquellos que viven ya no vivan más para sí mismos sino para Aquel que por amor a ellos murió y resucitó.

And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.
Por esta razón, desde ahora en adelante nosotros no juzgamos a nadie de acuerdo a normas humanas, aún cuando nosotros una vez opinábamos de Cristo de esta manera. Pero ahora nosotros ya no juzgamos a nadie de esta manera.
De manera que nosotros de aquí adelante á nadie conocemos según la carne: y aun si á Cristo conocimos según la carne, empero ahora ya no le conocemos.
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore we know no one according to the flesh from now on. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.
Por lo tanto, si alguno está en Cristo, es una nueva creación. Las cosas viejas han desaparecido. Vean, ellas se han convertido en nuevas.
De modo que si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es: las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí todas son hechas nuevas.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
Todas estas cosas son de Dios. Él nos reconcilió consigo mismo por medio de Cristo, y nos ha dado el ministerio de la reconciliación.
Y todo esto es de Dios, el cual nos reconcilió á sí por Cristo; y nos dió el ministerio de la reconciliación.
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation;
Esto es, en Cristo, Dios está reconciliando el mundo para consigo mismo, no contando sus transgresiones en contra de ellos. Él nos está confiando el mensaje de la reconciliación.
Porque ciertamente Dios estaba en Cristo reconciliando el mundo á sí, no imputándole sus pecados, y puso en nosotros la palabra de la reconciliación.
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Así que nosotros somos nombrados como representantes de Cristo, como si Dios estuviera haciendo Su súplica a través de nosotros. Nosotros les rogamos a ustedes, por amor a Cristo: "¡Reconcíliense con Dios!"
Así que, somos embajadores en nombre de Cristo, como si Dios rogase por medio nuestro; os rogamos en nombre de Cristo: Reconciliaos con Dios.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
Él hizo que Cristo se convirtiera en el sacrificio por nuestro pecado. Él es el que nunca pecó. Él hizo esto para que nosotros pudiéramos ser la justicia de Dios en Él.
Al que no conoció pecado, hizo pecado por nosotros, para que nosotros fuésemos hechos justicia de Dios en él.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
